Staff were very friendly and the cabin was comfy, spacious and clean
Room was very clean and modern, staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.
To have an option like the Big 4 Ashley Gardens Park in the Western Suburbs was wonderful, considering I was staying on my own. I stayed in a lovely clean cabin and could see the tv from my bed, which was wonderful.
Staff very helpful and a beautiful place to stay
location - bus stop over the road, next to Woolworths, 5 mins from the train station. lovely pool, helpful staff.
Kitchen poorly equipped. No tissues or facewasher provided.
how quiet it was, location
The whole thing - excellent rooms, TV and video, easy access to supermarket and pub for meals.
We were pleased with everything.
Very comfortable bed. very clean cabin.
Old facilities The bed too uncomfortable No room service Very cold room and bad indications on how to find the room It is just a caravan park with cabins
The professional and friendly way the staff went about their business. The location is handy for travellers and is away from the heavy traffic and transport to and from the city couldn't possibly be any handier.
Great facilities. New modern cabin. Very clean
Right under the flight path for Melbourne airport. Low planes every 5 minutes 24/7. Kept the kids awake all night
The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful with information and maps on how to get around on public transport. The deluxe villa was very comfortable, clean and in a quiet location. It is very handy to a supermarket and limited food services.
Freindly staff. Very nice cabin. Wonderful surroundings. What more could anybody ask for
comfortable beds and close to shops
comfort and nice relaxing environment.
5 of us stayed in the poolside villa. Was spacious and clean. Great facilities and the staff were so helpful. Really enjoyed our weekend stay and highly recommend. Great value for money and will be staying again
Comfiest bed. Extremely neat and clean. Beautiful gardens. Friendly staff.
Was a little bit far from anything
A very modern, clean and an extremely comfortable, spacious Villa.
The rough, hard pebbles on bare feet around the pool.
Accommodation was first class and air conditioning during Melbourne's hottest day was a lifesaver
Location, close to everything.
MUST READ: Iv never been the type to write a review yet a lone a bad one, I have nothing nice to say unfortunately my younger siblings aged 7 and 9 left in tears after we were abused by staff because my fathers car broke down as you entered the park and was blocking the boomgate the male staff Started yelling and swearing at us until he moved the car. Racist comments were made, us being from NZ, we were threatened to leave the park because he was impatient at us moving the car.Unknown deposits were made prior to checkin in and no refunds were made as I booked 2nights and chose to stay one because we felt uncomfortable staying there ruined our entire weekend on top of us losing a family membrr that weekend which they said they did not care about,Absolutely disgusted in the customer service.
We had really good time
I didn't find anything like that
Park facilities were great as were the staff
I did not feel that the $150 per night charged was value for money. Having stayed at a Big 4 resort in Ceduna I was quite disappointed with the Braybrook resort. I particularly did not like the fact that we had no outdoor area (table & chairs) or the fact that when our friends joined us for a night that although charged an extra $30 their beds were not made up. And although the unit was clean the presence of a cockroach was offputting. I also thought that the maintenance was lacking. Small things such as the button on the toilet was missing, the fridge seal was broken and the aircon was in a position that the unit was not cooled efficiently. Overall I will not return to the Braybrook resort
