Having a micro wave, not all rooms these days have a microwave. Great for a light meal. We were grandparents with young grandchildren, and they were excited about having a tv in their room. I dont really have anything....Very scenic at this time of the year

Location was good My request for walk in shower and ground floor was not noted by the staff had to wait until they reorganized another room which was OK but not executive style as i had requested the motel owners said they had not received the request

Hotel was not like it was portrayed in the pictures!! Heater barely adequate. Not much to look at, rooms are bare bones, and I was charged $A10 more on my credit card receipt than the room billing statement upon checkout, which I didn't notice until long after leaving the hotel. Overall, a really miserable experience.

The Management were the nicest, friendliest people and very helpful. I even got to borrow a charger for my Iphone which I had left at home. The suite was well presented and very clean. Heating was excellent, beds very comfortable and the bathroom very modern. I enjoyed my stay there and will definately book it again when I am in Tumut.

Room well set up with all expected conveniences - kettle, TVs, good shower, comfortable beds Parking right outside the door and people leaving very early meant an unexpected early awakening!

The Manager was friendly on arrival and throughout the weekend. The rooms were clean. It was in the centre of town and only about a block from the Festival of the Falling Leaf location - the reason we went to Tumut. The on-site restaurant was very good and the waitress there was extremely friendly and helpful

Very courteous and helpful staff. The deluxe suite was ideal for our purpose. Check for soiled handkerchief behind beside table. Obviously there for some time,

As we were only there for a very short stay, it suited us. It was to break our journey, The bed was comfortable, the room clean and the staff friendly and helpful.

Helpful staff made sure that our clothes were dried in the laundry and then were left neatly folded in our room and awaiting our return later in the day. It was very much appreciated.

central location to the shopping area privacy,and size of rooms, you could hear people in other rooms plus the bathroom fans were noisy which come on when u turned the lights on each time

We had dinner in the bistro which was amazing, and brekky the next morning was fantastic, we also appreciate the privacy we were given! Just toppling up of supplies as we stayed for 2 nights and a new garbage bag in kitchen bin but other than that it was fantastic :-)
