The staff at the reception were very helpful, even taking the time to explain the direction to our next destination and also printing out a maps for us.Excellent service!!! |

I like most everything about this hotel esp the heated bed!!! , I requested for the newly Brand Boutique Studio Chalet was fantastic and just for the AUD $69 nett. It value for money as staff are very friendly and polite. |

How quiet the area is. how noisey the air conditioner was. we couldnt have it on whilst we were sleeping because it was too loud. The room was cold, and the bed sheets werent very warm. |

The nature surrounding the resort was great, the room setup was neat, and the food at the Swiss Village was terrfic! The room was also well prepared for cold weather with heated bed. The staffs at the reception could have been providing better service. At many occassions they were not being as informative as we (tourists) had expected. |

I have impressed with in-house arrangements with attractive pictures on exact locations. Also the external arrangements for the shopping and pay areas are an added attractions. One staff in the hotel was little aggressive, however other staff in the hotel were very friendly. |
