We were very pleased with our hotel. Location near the Market, monorail and Harbourside was a real winner. |

The location is excellent for visiting oiur daughter who is a student at University of Technology in Sydney. And it is in a quiet neighborhood. Had it not been for the water cup issue as outlined below, it would have been perfect I didn't like the fact that clean cups were produced by the houseboy wiping out the old ones. He did use the hand soap dispenser but considereing i had a major case of bronchitis this was not safe procedure. I stayed here twice on our 2 week visit to Australia and it would not surprise me if I didn't pick up the bug here to begin with. this does not seem to be an unusual thing in Australia, I noticed this in every hotel.................... |

The staff were very helpful, and always willing to sort out problems wothout any fuss. They were the best thing about this hotel. Noise of air con on top 2 floors, horrible outlook from back rooms, balcony was like a concrete box. Had to change rooms twice because of first 2 problems. Tired furniture and was overpriced for facilities and condition. |

It is located on a quiet little street with trees. My major complaint is that the price I paid was much higher than the price I thought I had booked. At the rate I paid the hotel was way too shabby. The place definitely needs an upgrade. |

Bathroom is well sized, well arranged, with a full wall of counter space. Bathroom supplies were reasonable. Good location for travelling on a budget. Nice bedding. Convenient balcony, useful for longer stays. No bathroom ventilation. Bathroom would be sweating after a hot shower, floors would be wet. Messages left for maintenance is taken away by housekeeping but seem to go unanswered. Noisy toilets, had to keep the bathroom door closed most of the time. Friendly staff upon approach, but does not smile at you unless you smile first. |

this hotel is located in a very quiet place near the center. It's good if you wana go on foot to the city center for shopping; as well, the chinese town is very close, as well as the train station. The reception guys were helpful and friendly (some of them only) I disliked when i found out that my room was opened after back to hotel in the afternoon. Fortunately nothing was stolen or missing in my room; For whatever reason it is,maybe after cleaning the cleaner forgot to close that door, nobody would like to see his door opened; Also, the bed wasn't very well done compared to other hotel where I was staying; |

Convenient location, reasonable rate for the level of accomodation. Rooms reasonably spacious. Comfortable bed. Friendly, helpful staff. The Bible in the room was old and needed replacing. I will inform the Gideons. |

The location was convenient and the hotel lived up to its price tag. The rooms were large and balconies meant plenty of fresh air. The TV in room 310 (we had 2 rooms) did not work. We referred this to staff on the Friday night of a 3 night stay, the Saturday morning, Saturday night and Sunday morning. We departed on the monday, still with no functioning TV in the room. We asked for adjoining rooms for the 2 couples and only managed to get the same floor at opposite ends. When the TV was broken we were offered a new room in a different floor for the Sunday night. Raucous occupants in room 311 next door through to 530am meant no sleep on the Saturday night, staff were less than helpful in quieting the occupants. Furniture in the rooms is old and in some cases, worn as was the case with the lounge in 302 where the stuffing was coming through the arm. |

The location of the motel was great and it was good to have car accom on site, the room was nice neat and clean, apart from the bathroom. In particular our toilet did not work well, it did not flush properly and kept running after you did flush. The broken tiles in the bathroom and the broken toilet roll holder needed replacing and the grime in the grout needed to be cleaned. Those things done and the place would be fantastic. As I said before the location is great. |
