Most impressed with cleanliness and hospitality. Not impressed with the requisite late check-in at post 2 pm having driven for something like four hours to reach this destination. For the princely sum of $210 we had something like about 10 hours tenure as we had to checkout at 4.30 am to connect with airflight to Sydney. Lovely guy who checked us out - pity he had to vacuum the foyer whilst handling our exit. Only complaint lack of valet service - having to manhandle luggage without assistance from remote carparking space and back there again. A major consideration when you are over 60 and for the price, expecting at the least that service. Not impressed with lack of regulated car parking either. Find it hard to rationalise that there were commercial vehicles, i.e. utilities with advertising etc in the spaces adjacent to the hotel foyer when I left at 4.30 am. |

We found the Ascot Quays to be very convenient and the parking was excellent. This will be our prefered choice of accommodation in the future. There is only one complaint. The beds are a bit hard, but that is personal choice and others may not agree. Thanks for a great stay. |

good size rooms and the beautiful views. We were unable to open the bedroom windows to let the cool air in, the kids found the rooms very stuffy as they have no air cond. The iron in the room was cracked and all the water spilled out over our cloths. |

The rooms were comfortable. Hotel Staff ringing before we got there saying we do not do parties - when it was only accommodation for the Busselton crew for my Husbands 50th and we went to the races. When in actual fact when we where there, there was a 13 year old girls party on the floor one of our guests was on!!!!!!!! |

Good location, apartments were roomy, recommend cafe for breakfast. Was slightly disappointed that on your website description of the apartment we booked was Executive Riverside Two Bedroom Two Spa Apartment only to discover there was only one spa, The penthouse is the only apartment that has two spa's. |

I was very happy with the location..very close to the airport ,city ...the view was simply fabulous...the cleanliness of the hotel is excellent...the staff very responsive and pleasent ...my stay there was very comfortable and relaxing...i will definately go back to this hotel to stay |

Friendliness of the staff on arrival and also in the bar and restaurant, very efficient, apartments were spotless and with everything you needed. Ample car parking. Meal in the restaurant was excellent and buffet breakfast was good value. Overall was very impressive |

Nice outlook from the rooms, good facilities, most rooms very good layout and facilities. Would recommend you check the room position/layout before confirming your booking, otherwise highly recommended. We stayed 3 nights, the first room we had the bedroom was adjacent to a concrete floored corridor, and we got woken every time someone walked past. Very poor design. We asked to be moved to another room, which they did, and it was very much better, both in comfort and value for money. |
