friendly staff, some nice hotell feature and real close to the city. Can see river from our balcony and love the fact that we got our own privacy yes i would stay again.

We got a room on second level so no lift .. had to use stairs but yea next time i know to just book the ground level

Excellent customer service from front desk.

Party in apartment below. Don't mind laughter but when about 20 people in appartment noise becomes a bit hard to take when trying to sleep, even with all out doors and windows closed.

Very low water pressure for hot water in shower and cold water handle in shower was broken and kept falling off , no extraction fan in bathroom, slightly over priced for what it is

I loved the location. Getting south or North and into the city is so convenience because the Kwinana freeway is just 300m away

The wifi broadband was not good. Poor reception strength and we had to rely on our mobile hotspot for connection

Location was brilliant. Well set out & roomy apartment. Comfy beds.

Not enough lounge seating and it was a very old lounge.

Janine (at the reception desk) was welcoming, friendly and helpful. She was wonderful!!!!!!!

The apartment was very clean and the views were fantastic ,

It needed air conditioning in the bedroom as the one in the living area didn't cool the rooms , 42degree heat during the day didn't make for a great sleep that night. A pool would be a asset to this hotel

The location

For an apartment for up to 4 people there is not a separate toilet & the only toilet there was located in the bathroom. Couch not big enough for 4 people to sit & watch TV or socialize. Only 3 chairs for the verandah outside. Over priced for what the apartment offers

not having air con in bedroom

Location is very handy to Mends St and the ferry to Perth.

We enjoyed the facilities but: 1) I think it would have been good with a lift to third floor (with the bags only) 2) On-site staff overnight is needed - we had some guests who were disturbing the whole facility on out second night - it would have been nice to have had someone to shut them down (angry arguments,, shouting and constant loud taking until all hours; 2 until 3.30 am Probably due an update of decor

Close to city clean facalities Helpful staff

Staff were very friendly & helpful, apartment was clean & we were able to get an early check in. Apartment was as featured in pictures with full kitchen, & laundry facilities. Beds very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

well we were a bit hessitant at 1st as i read a few things thtat people said abt your appartments & all though most said that they will come back, i read where they say that noise was bad,but as far as we were wowwwwwww heard nothing the room was great had all things you need in a home, so roomy the appartment & some people came to visit say the same as we did nice comfy & roomy they would stay if they had to . we will definately be back again & the room we had i would love to have same again the people were grt in the office & i recomend to all to stay & have a great time at assured waterfront appartments trevor & mae frahm from mandurah

One of the few places in Perth that have 2 bedroom apartments available over the christmas break.

Overpriced for property without swimming pool or common area for outdoor relaxation (bbq etc). Location on the side of the freeway with glimpes of the Swan River (depending on apartment location). However the location gave easy access to getting around in a car.

The apartment was very comfortable spacious and very clean. The bed was so comfortable.

Being from the country we found being near the freeway very noisy although that would not stop us staying in the future.

The fact that it is close to the South Perth CBD and foreshore

It was adequate

I may as well have been sleeping on the Kwinana Freeway. It would have been nice to be able to wash my hair in a warm shower rather than a cold one & considering the room was for 4 people, it would have been nice for more than 1 person to be able to have a warm shower. When I approached the staff at the front desk regarding this, I was told that someone must have been using the washing machine or turned on another tap. Well considering the washing machine is in the bathroom, I think I would have know if it was in use, and I was the only person to do any dishes, no one else was using water. this is not good enough for a place that charges you nearly $350 per night.

Comfortable

The apartments are located so close to the city of Perth and to the free way which makes its ideal for getting around. It was also very roomy and comfortable.

Great location

The staff were very easy going and pleasant and dealt with all issues immediately.

One of the rooms had a rather unpleasant smell luckily we had two rooms booked as it wasn't bearable they gave me a choice of a refund for that room or a complimentary nights stay in the future - I chose to stay there again in the future as the place was really quite nice and excellent location.
