Room was spacious, extremely clean and loved our little kitchette.(came in very handy)

Awful coffee & sausages at buffet breakfast. Shower was rather slow.

Every thing I wish I could have stayed longer

The room was large, well equipped and very clean. We had one of the top floors on the side so the ceiling was very high....made the room feel very spacious. Staff was very accommodating and friendly and the location was perfect for our requirements. Even if you are not staying, do yourself a favour and pop in for a meal. The Lamb Shanks are to die for. Would happily opt to stay here again when next going to Brisbane

service was v slow at check in - only 1 person on desk at 6pm. Room was v tired - clean but only just. bathroom dirty - floor by washing machine filthy. Expect a cleaner bathroom than this. glasses provided for drinking water were v v small. room was cold at night - no air con switched on. door had no security lock

Reception staff were unfriendly and unhelpfull. They tried to charge for accommodation and parking even though they had been paid in full when booked. Noise from the hallway outside the room and from the street made sleep difficult. Parking was inconvenient, awkward and required chasing up an attendant to gain access.

Proximity to Brisbane city centre. Clean, basic room which suited our needs for an overnight stay.

Be wary when booking a cab to the airport and get a firm quote. We booked a cab via reception, having been advised it would cost about $45. However, we were charged $74!!

Excellent location for us as right by the station for getting to the airport. Good kitchen facilities. Near all tourist places and shops.

Was very close to the city centre.

The room was very basic for the price. The ph at the rear of the building to call to get your car in/out was not working.

Television is always sparking.

Loved the location and ease to the CBD and local parks. I had a lovely room with a great outlook

Room did require some extra cleaning of things that had been missed. Otherwise I was quite happy

Location was good for getting into the city

Car park was horrendous! We had a rental car and was worried about the safety and damage to the antenna as the ceiling if the parking system was to low- cheek to charge. Over priced for what it was. Room was out if date and not very clean- had a damp smell in the corridor. Will not recommend this hotel.

The staff were very helpful and friendly.It is budget priced but served our needs very well, we were two mature ladies on a shopping/sightseeing trip to Brisbane and we were happy wiith our accomodation.Also the restaurant is 1st class.Thanks Ganesh. Peggy & Jan

Friendly .. Immaculate ... Comfortable ... Good Food. I will return.

Very attentive staff who upgraded us when they found out it was our wedding anniversary. Ended up in room on high floor with jacuzzi and balcony with a great view. Good cooking facilities in room too.

No in-house wireless although you could sometimes pick up the free city wireless. Wired internet cost 9 dollars per day.

Location to shopping and restaurants

Evening meal was expensive compared to restaurants in the mall. Don't order a steak from the hotel restaurant unless you like it cooked like shoe leather.

It was convienient to hospitals, and shops.

Poor servicing of units, doorlock was faulty,the kettle had burnt out,and caused my son to get shocked, staff were told twice before being replaced.

The cot I had ordered was not in the room when we arrived. The staff on the front desk were short. The car parking situation was ridiculous. You are charged $9 for parking but a park is not guaranteed nor is getting in or out of the park in less than an hour thanks to the stacking system and only one parking attendant.

There is a mini kitchenette and tools which are sufficient to cook a meal. The hotel staff was also friendly and he allowed us to place our baggages at a safe room while roaming about in the city prior to leaving for the airport. The hotel also has a phone to dial for the taxi which is very convenient for travellers who does not have a cellphone to book a taxi.

The bathroom was quite small.
