The attention to detail, even the small things matter. I never had to ask for anything. I loved the friendly breakfast time, all the guest said good morning, where as compared with a large hotel would probably not speak.

It's in a geat location with easy access to north of the Swan River suburbs without being too pricey. Has that b & b ambience and friendly staff. Situated in a good neighbourhood, quiet and relaxing.

Very helpful owners, truly dynamic and lively Very small room and bed (smaller than queen) not ideal for 2 people. Moreover rate advertised and booked wasn't the rate they expected . The room advertised on booking.com did not have en suite bathroom butbit wasn't specified in the description...so all in all in all we had to pay additional $40/night. I understand the Perth area is expensive but for that money a hotel is better value
