Nothing - it was a nightmare! Everything - it was the worst hotel I have had the misfortune of staying at in 30 years of business travel. The decor was dully and daggy. There was no resturant just the Thai resturant next door with charge back facilities. Food was over ridden with chillie. Vegtables were from packet and then over cooked. Travelers take my advise and don't stay here you will inevitably end up regretting it! |

I enjoyed the modern, clean atmosphere. I was disappointed that there was only a quilt and cover, no top sheet. |

The hotel was very accessible for what we wanted. Very clean and tidy and staff were always visible. Room wasn't ready for our needs on arrival. House duties were pretty sloppy in tidying up the room. |

We found the location - across the road from Southern Cross Station - the best thing about this Hotel. Straight from the plane to the train and across the road to our accommodation. Also travelled via train to Ballarat so location very convenient. The towels were not fluffy, but quite scratchy, however everything else clean. |

The room I was staying in was spacious with a great view of the Etihad stadium and that part of the city. It was easy to get to, being but a long stone's throw from Southern Cross. The roadworks!! I thought booking Saturday night would mean this would not be a problem (I had read the previous reviews) but these guys work Sundays too!! Also, the hotel had a rather impersonal feel which I didn't like so much. The TV channels had a motley selection incl. Phillipines TV and no Foxtel! |

The room was comfortable and pleasant. Our stay at the hotel was severely tarnished by the lack of pleasant customer service experienced at the reception desk. Not once were we smiled at, asked how we were or if we were enjoying our stay. Instead, we were lucky to be greeted at all, and each person at the service desk seemed intent on getting rid of us as soon as possible. When checking out, we were not asked if we had enjoyed our stay or offered a place to store our luggage.During our stay we needed to see a doctor but were given little information, only a sheet with phone numbers of medical clinics that were almost all closed. Additionally, a maid walked into our room without knocking. We feel we were not treated with respect by staff at the hotel. |
