pas grand chose... Chambre 112: moquette trouée, sale. salle de bain plus que moyenne. Notre première impression a ètè que cet hotel n'est pas au standard Novotel. Rapport qualité/prix pas du tout bon. Nous avons été dans des motels plus attrayant que l'Atrium! |

Everything was very clean and inviting, the foyer was beautiful and the pool area was clean and inviting also. Its a beautifuly located motel and the view is fantasic if facing the esplanade. I found that the staff didnt seem interested about being at work and didnt smile much at all, not very many desk staff seemed happy to help only that is was a chore to answer a question if we had it. I also asked for a brocure on the hotel and it couldnt be provided. I feel the amount we paid just for a basic hotel room was a bit overpriced. |

Surcharge for views was robbery. This hotel has tiny non-opening windows facing the water. It was completely misleading and I wish to lodge a formal complaint about this rate surcharge. |

It was quiet and within easy walking distance to everything. There was mould throughout the bathroom, they state that it is due to the humidity there but we also stayed in another hotel in this city and didn't have this problem. Nor have I experienced this in other tropical sites. |

I was so tired when I got there, the staff were very helpful, the bed was so comfortable, had a great sleep.Very nice hotel, very close to everything. When I did wake up I was very hungry, but didnt want to leave my bed because I was still very tired, I rang room service numerous times with no answer, finally she answered and I ordered, then I had to wait for 40 minutes before our food was delivered. |
