It's in the centre of Alice springs, close to the shops. It's written that they have airport shuttle, but is not exclusive for this hotel. It's a public airport shuttle that will take you to any hotel. I expected more since it's a 4-star hotel but it wasn't that nice. |

Access to shops, mall and CBD Room smelt of stale cigarette odour. Very noisy room early in morning. Shower head unable to be tightened and drooped down while in use. I have stayed in competitors establishments in Alice and this was not value for money. |

The welcome was wonderful even though the front desk staff were very busy all the time. The staff were more than helpful at our every request. The location is wonderful. Thank you No we loved it. |

lack of privacy, glass patio doors meant having to keep curtains closed when in the room, lighting was poor in the room which didn't make this ideal. |

We liked the convenience of being on the Mall and the restaurant was great for meals We had a light that did not work. The staff we very good but an electrician was needed and was not available due to a long weekend. |

The hotel is central to most points of interest in the Alice Springs area. We were there in the winter, there is NO room heaters in the room. |

Convenience to city. Convenient dining facilities.Reception staff very helpful stairway to ground floor facilities. would have liked an easy chair or two in room. although the room was clean it appeared quite shabby. Not what I would have expected for a deluxe room. A sink plug would have been appreciated. |

Very good access to the town centre, restaurants and shops The damp smell in the lobby, which could have been due to the plants. The rest of the hotel smelt fine. |

Guest laundry and internet facilities. The clock was unplugged. Staff should have checked that the clock is working and the correct time is set. |

Es liegt direkt an der Hauptstrasse in Alice und ermöglicht die Erkundung zu Fuss oder mit ÖV. Das Receptionspersonal war nicht immer auf dem aktuellen Stand, im Restaurant fehlt eine führende Hand. Tippe auf Management-Probleme. |

Aurora ligger lige ved Todd Mall lige midt i Alice Springs, så beliggenheden er ideel. Personalet er venligt. Desværre var elevatoren i stykker, så vi måtte bære al bagagen. Poolen er meget lille, men den er der. Det er vigtigt at elevatoren virker - de burde have mere end en elevator. |

Localização, perto da principal rua comercial de Alice Springs e dos Shoppings, em frente ao rio (seco). Fácil para explorar a cidade que é pequena. Hotel muito agradável com funcionários solicitos e muito simpáticos. Very friendly staff and great location. |
