Very luxurious bedding, very accessible location in terms of public transport and tourist attractions, shopping, restaurant options and cafes. The hotel corridor had traces of vomit odour which was very unpleasant. Insufficient staff on the phone during the weekend meant long waiting times plus I got hung up on which was quite rude. The clearly needed more reception staff to deal with the weekend peak activity. |

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and nice. I checked in at 4 pm on the 5th of Dec 09 , the receptionist ( training was on her name tag ) was lovely and very helpful and had a great knowledge of the guest facilities with in the hotel. Maybe the price of $369. 00 was a bit high for the small size of the room. |

Staff very nice Well i book a room where i expected to bo be on the 19th floor and pay the money for it, just find out when i got there they had put me on 13th floor because we requested smoking. Well if there is not smoking on level 19th why give the option for it.Also next morning went to VIP lounge for brekky to be told "Im sorry there is no food left" this VIP lounge we talking about. Very disappointed to find previous clients clothes on the draws. What do u pay yur cleaner for???? Just as well i just wanted the place to sleep. but will think twice before i book again |

Enjoyed the bath and comfort of the bed and the mini bar The white cotton sheets had torn/ripped holes in them tt looked tackey other then that it was all good. The bacon for breakfast is a bit hard not sure it's because it was sitting in the server pot from 6am and we had breakfast at 9am |

Efficient reception. Room facilities somewhat basic. TV OK but radio poor. Executive lounge - service patchy and evening snacks 50/50. Breakfast selection (hot foods) was poor. Outlook from my room very depressing - a plain wall. The widow latches on one window were broken and window wouldn't shut properly. |

It was very clean and comfortable the best bed i had slept in during my 26 day holiday in New Zeland we were on the 12th floor and it was very noisy down below where there was entertainment until 3 o`clock sunday morning but being a saturday night i suppose it might not be like that on other nights |

Room was adequate I arrived and 95 minutes later, despite an undertaking I'd have my room "very soon" (I'd booked on-line), I had to keep my business associates waiting as I didn't get into the room until an hour and 15 minutes later. This would not happen in any city I've stayed in overseas. |

Room was left with dirty cups and free breakfast given as com[pensation was very poor with very limited options on the cooked counter as it had run out of bacon , sausage and beans by 8.30am. |

The hotel is in a great, central location in Sydney. The hotel is well signposted and is very easy to get around. The staff were courteous and helpful and the checkin and out process is very quick and efficient. |
