Comfortable and clean room. Friendly staff. Excellent location

They charged bit more because I paid the bill with my credit card. It's unusual and bad for a 5 star hotel. Should I pay cash next time?

The Bed was very comfortable and a nice room

The location and we were facilitated with an early check in. In paricular the guys on the lower ground floor who took our luggage when we checked out were just brilliant, really friendly and informative.

Its a small thing but the base of the night stands were very dusty, and because I suffer from Athsma I am always aware of dust.

Hotel and room had everything we required, a pity it is on such a busy street.

Staff, particularly at breakfast did not seem to be organised, in fact breakfast on the first two mornings were a disaster, with waiting times of upto 20 minutes for hot food at the buffet and they were continually running out of bread, fruit juices and crockery, seemingly due to the lack of staff & organisation.
