Rydges World Square

Muy centrico, trato correcto.

Carente en cuanto a personal que hable un idioma diferente del local. Nadie hablaba espanol.

Location is great...

Poor room service, rooms not cleaned and the quality of food is extremely bad. Gymnasium is on the smokers level - shocking!!!

i found the rooms spacious and relaxing. Location only a short walk to nearly all city venues. Staff friendly and helpful Most enjoyable stay.

It was close to the places we visited, Darling Harbor . Circular Quay for ferries ,shopping , markets and Chinatown . Could not fault staff , great service, wonderful restaurant , good size and quite room, one of the best beds we have slept in and a good selection of pillows. Would not hesitate in recommending it . When we go Sydney , will be booking through booking .com and staying at Rydges World Square.

The senior concierge was rude. When i asked to get somethings out of my car he inform me that they moved my GPS and Laptops out of site, which i was greatful for at the time. After me and my husband returned to our room at 10pm we got a phone call from the conceirge desk saying we need to come down and get our GPS out of the car. When i went downstairs i asked him why didnt he say to me earlier that i needed to removed my GPS from my car. When i asked him he said he only just got email stating this. When i said to him about the laptops he said that was up to me which i didnt understand, to me a $200 GPS compare to 4 laptops would be more important. Either way i did this but not happpy about it, or the way i was treated by him

Ease of access to the city area. Concierges were great!

Accessibility. Easy access to train station. Shops. Everything we needed on our getaway.

I booked Rydges, because I thought I had a good deal, but in fact I felt Booking.com mispresented the hotel. Huge disappointment. I would like to make a complaints about Booking.com

Spacious bathroom and good size room for our needs. Efficient concierge service with excellent parking and return service. Friendly and prompt check in desk. Good food in the restaurant on the same level (can't remember the name), Italian I think.

We requested a non-smoking room and didn't get one.

The location was accessible for what we had planned to do. The atmosphere was welcoming. Overall a pleasant experience was had by all that I was with. I would stay there on another ocassion and recommend it to my family and friends.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and very promt with attention to room need when told by us.

Some things were broken in the room but not noticed or fixed by your own staff, and because we had a long stay cleaning was not as good as when we first arrived. E.G. marks on bedside table from coffee cups. Bedthrows not put back on the bed and your information tray returned in a presentable manner.

The ceiling had the hugest water stain....
