Carente en cuanto a personal que hable un idioma diferente del local. Nadie hablaba espanol.

It was peaceful and enjoy a nite I stayed..

It was the location as we went to see La Trviaita and was handy for that

I found the lady who signed us in was not really friendly but the young men outside were very friendly and helpful.

I was very dissapinted. Upon arrival I had to carry my own luggage to my room. The lighting in the room was poor. The desk lamp had no light bulb. There were tea/coffee making facilities but no cups or teaspoons provided. Pretty dissapointing.

We particularly appreciated being able to book into our room when we arrived early in the morning. Apart from that we enjoyed the comfort and convenience of the hotel and felt the cost of our accommodation was quite reasonable for what was offered. The decor is pleasant and helps one relax.

The menu in our room which had no relevance to anything we could see-- there was no mention of room service dining in our hotel compendium.

Only thing wasn't that great was the smell of smoke

Great although we did not realise that there was an 8.30pm checkin associated with the reduced rate. The friendly manager, young Kim, accommodated us with an earlier checkin thank goodness. Great place. Andrew

Location, aside from that we were very disappointed with the value, mini bar, room size considering we paid $450 for a very standard room

Friendly staff and comfortable surroundings.

A robe & slippers as I generally travel for business & do not bring with me casual gear therefore it's nice to have something other than my suit or pajama's to put on for comfort. I tried to order room service & obviously they were extremely busy as the phone kept ringing and eventually I was transferred to reception who put me back to the room service phone which continued to ring many times before being transferred back to reception again where they put me through to the restaurant to order my meal. It was 10 - 15 minutes before I had finally been able to place my order.

As stated above, the location and the hotel were very good. We have stayed there on several occasions. The counter staff & concierge were polite and very willing to help. The hotel air conditioning was excellent and quiet (always a problem in most hotels). The bar and staff were very professional and the decor of the interior excellent. We will stay there again and certainly recommend the hotel to others. We consider the note below re housekeeping a blip on an otherwise excellent hotel.

The housekeeping left a lot to be desired on our floor - a vacuum cleaner was left outside our room for two days and had to be physically moved on two occasions to access our room. The bed was left unmade up till 3:00pm one day with used glasses unwashed for several days.
