Comfortable and clean room. Friendly staff. Excellent location They charged bit more because I paid the bill with my credit card. It's unusual and bad for a 5 star hotel. Should I pay cash next time? |

Excellent location. Helpful consierge desk. Arrogant front desk. Cheating in hotel bill. Additional cost when using credit card. We stayed four nights and they didn't vacuum clean our room at all, and we did inform them twice about it! |

Centrally located.Close to monorail.Convenient to CityLink.Pleasant efficient reception/concierge/dining room staff. Have stayed here before and will continue to do so. Isolated case of bad in-room service.Ordered a late night meal whixch was not passed through to kitchen.I needed to chase it up with the result that it took nearly an hour to arrive and then was badly cooked. This was promptly dealt with by reception following morning by a not charging for the meal. This is the only case of poor service since I started to stay here . |

The location and we were facilitated with an early check in. In paricular the guys on the lower ground floor who took our luggage when we checked out were just brilliant, really friendly and informative. Its a small thing but the base of the night stands were very dusty, and because I suffer from Athsma I am always aware of dust. |
