    Beautiful location

Owners were unaccommodating and rude. Not able to relax or feel at home. Wifi did not work at any point .

Very cosy and comfy atmosphere. Very nice host. Good breakfast. Beautiful setting.

Had to drive into town. Bit far too walk. No games or activities at night - very small TV in room and no DVD's so would have to go into town

The flat was small but nice, in the middle of the forest but close to Balingup. The breakfast was very good ! The host was very nice, family atmosphere.

We had to wait 30 min at check in, as our host was delayed (But was explained and appologized). The price for the flat was not cheap but it seems, that this prices are normal in this area.

The location was good and the style of building suited the surroundings. There was only one host, however, he was friendly and did a fantastic job cooking breakfast on his own

The door entering the ensuite is less than standard height and I hit my head heavily on top of door frame. I am a tall person but the frame is at least 4 - 5 inches less than standard height!!! The TV in the room is an old style about the size of a postage stamp!! Not expensive to upgrade to some small flat screens!!

We stayed for one night at Balingup Rose and found it to be a charming, period style, traditional B&B with separate guest bedrooms (with individual en-suite bathrooms) and a communal breakfast/sitting area. The rooms where stylish and comfortable and the small bathrooms were well set out. The breakfast room had a wood fire and nice original features. Our breakfast was well presented and tasty. We enjoyed our short stay. Thanks!
