Comfortable, well maintained room, pleasant atmosphere, great location, excellent continental breakfast and personable staff. Nothing major, but personally I would prefer no Tv in breakfast/dining room

The staff are great, so helpful and friendly. The rooms were beautiful and clean, ample parking and within a very short distance of the city centre.

Large, comfortable room; good TV and film selection. Very helpful staff. OK continental breakfast. Walking distance to town. Able to use hotel car park after checkout whilst shopped in town. Can't think of anything.

Included breakfast was quite good. We were given an over the phone quote that was not honoured. The room rate for the subsequent night was more expensive than we were told. :(

Staff were very friendly & helpful & went out of their way to make you feel valued. The heater kept spontaneously rattling throughout the night & bed was a tad uncomfortable & creaky

Staff very friendly, rooms clean, breakfast very fresh and worth the money. This is great for a few nights, especially when going to the footy as it is so close to the ground and you are guaranteed to be with other football supporters in the hotel.

Trevor & all staff really nice, friendly and helpfull Pillows rock hard and beds too firm. Not happy that my visa details are kept on record from the time of booking up until the Hotel does its Bass return
