Barossa House Bed & Breakfast (巴罗莎家庭式酒店)

The Barossa House B & B was located in a great area in the heart of the Barossa Valley - everything was only 5 - 10 minutes drive. Lee & Judy were great hosts cooking an amazing breakfast. Great to chat with other guest around the breakfast table. Very comfortable private room at back of house - Eucalyptus Room I think it was.

There was nothing really to not like. Everything was very clean & comfortable in the large room & modern bathroom with little extras like port & chocolates to indulge in at night. I would recommend definitely recommend this accomodation choice.

We only stayed one night and checked in close to dinner time. Our keys and welcome letter were waiting when we arrived (along with some chocolates and port). The room was nicely appointed, clean and comfortable. There is a communal living and dining area if you don't want to be stuck in your room. Breakfast was amazing, with Judi cooking separate orders for each guest on top of the fruit and cereal options.Great location close to Tanundad town centre but away from the traffic, a good central point to discover wine from.

The bathroom was quite compact, not a problem for us, but may be a negative for others.

we stayed for two nights recently at Barossa House, and we found it a very comfortable B and B. Judy cooked a great breakfast, and she and Lee were very helpful. We also took a day tour of the wineries with them, and found this very interesting and generous with the tour time. We would recommend Barossa House as a must for a great stay in the valley.

Lee and Judy were terrific hosts. Our room was lovely and we appreciated our outdoor balcony. Loved the big tv with Austar and free Wi Fi in our room. Also loved the free port and chocolates in the room. We joined Lee on his wine tours and he was very knowledgeable and took us to the type of wineries we wanted to visit. Lee and Judy went out of their way to make us feel comfortable.

The host are so accommodating, friendly that made stay special.

The warm cheery atmosphere

The staff were all warm and welcoming. The house is period style and lovely. Breakfast was excellent, one of the best I've had and it was great to sit around the table and chat to other guests. There were a lot of lovely extras - chocolate, port and plunger coffee in the room and nibbles in the lounge room. When most of the other B&Bs had a minimum of 3 nights accommodation, we could stay one night here. We will be back and would like to stay longer. This is exactly what I hope a B&B to be.

Our room was probably the smallest of all four rooms so the bathroom was a bit small. The pipes were a little noisy when the people in the neighbouring room were showering.

Lee and Judi were attentive and professional hosts who made us very welcome. The house is beautiful and the room was very comfortable. Breakfast was well done, especially the wide variety of country-style fruit dishes including peaches, rhubarb and plums, and free range eggs from their own chickens. Complimentary wine, chocolates and port in the room was a nice touch. We will certainly recommend it to others and will stay there again if we have the chance. The hosts offer customised wine tours and this was a fabulous way to enjoy tastings at a number of boutique wineries and to not have to worry about driving.

Judi and Lee were lovely hosts, friendly and helpful but gave us our space. Breakfast with local produce was delicious and the international guests (US/Canada/Switzerland) made it more special. The room was immaculate and decorated with attention to detail. The garden setting is also immaculately kept and finished off the experience nicely. A great way to enjoy our anniversary.

Would have loved to stay another night and explore the barossa more, but our budget and work would not allow.

This is a wonderful treat for your soul; settled in a beautyful garden, the lovely hosts will do everything to make your stay a not-to-miss-experience. You might agree, it feels like "home upon arrival".

As the whole Barossa is quite expensive, do not expect prices as moderate as you might find them elsewhere. However, it is a treat.

Together with my husband, we really enjoyed our stay at Barossa House B&B. The room was so lovely and clean, very comfy bad and we both enjoyed the breakfast cooked by Lee and Jody, our dear hosts. I definitely recommend this place and will return next time we visit Barossa Valley.

The breakfast was great and our hosts were very friendly. We also enjoyed being able to sit under the shade of the verandah and trees in the garden.

Our room was a bit too crowded with furniture for the size of the room.

My partner and I spent two days at Barossa house and Lee and Judy were fantastic hosts. Our car broke down on the way up, they drove us to town, made calls for us to the mechanic and even called a restaurant on our first night to arrange a booking. There were free bikes for us to use for the rest of our trip. The service was great and the hot cooked breakfasts were amazing!!! Our room was great, lots of space to move, room was clean and modern. The bed was so comfy. We recommend taking the wine tour with them also, great experience. We will visit again if we ever go down that way again.

Very friendly and they take good care of us while staying. We had a great time staying there. Good location to explore Barossa Valley.
