The check-out person (male Indian gentleman was very helpful and provided directions and map to our next destination and also noted our complaints

The check-in/reception staff (two females) were unfriendly and did not offer any assistance or services and were uncomfortable about the dining being provided in the golf club. The entrance to our apartment was very badly soiled and had lots of dirt and bird droppings on it - hardly a nice entrance to our apartment. The power at the desk was not connected. The back of the TV controls was missing and the batteries flat (which we replaced).

The bathroom had mould growing, there are not enough seats in the two bedroom appartment and the resort felt low quality

Our heater didn't work very well. This was an issue as we stayed during the winter and it was cold. The hotel brought down an oil heater which was good. However we left the room in order for it to heat up enough to be comfortable.

The setting was nice, with the trees and birds all around.

3 main gripes. 1 The food at the wedding banquet was sub-par, the steak was dry and hard with no choice of getting it rare etc, the other food was very bad and everyone I talked to at the wedding said the same thing, and the service was slow. 2 $28 for a breakfast buffet is a rip off 3. Charged $27 for internet, I was unaware of this cost, that is a rip-off and if I pay $360 a night for a room it should have been included, charging guests for the internet in this day and age is a lame. Why do you feel the need to gouge consumers and ruin our overall impression?

The location. Nice bed. Good range of pillows.

We were not offered assistance with our luggage, we had to ask. The bathroom - the bathtub was too small to have a bath, and not wide enough to stand comfortably while having a shower. In fact it was dangerous. Also, the Pool, while it looked nice, was not usable due to insects crawling all around and floating in the water. Lastly, the breakfasts were below expectations for a hotel of this standard.
