Conveniently located with 2 supermarkets nearby open until midnight. Only 5-min walk to Darling Harbour, and 15 mins to Paddy's Market. Value for money. Right next to a bar so that a lot of people loitering and smoking outside the hostel. Loud music and scream (both outside and at the corridor of the hostel) are expected. 6-people room is small. Kitchen could be cleaner.

The location, few minutes to Darling Harbour, Town Hall, QVB. I checked in on the afternoon, and then I straight went out to Circular Quay. When I came back on night, the bed was not ready and I have no idea which one is my bed. The staff promised me to make good the bed, but it took almost 1 hour and I am really tired that time. This really leave me with bad impression on this hostel.

Great location! Good value - but you do get what you pay for. Staff were often rude and unhelpful. Rooms were not cleaned often. Toilets were a disgusting state on a few ocassions.

Location and prices There were a couple of drunk young boys who disturbed me greatly. And the security acted too softly to them, actually not punishing them for vomitting on the floor in the room.

Location-wise it was perfect for me (as I needed to be near the Dymocks building) We were sleeping with 6 people in a room that only allowed 4 people to sleep in it (fire safety?!?) At checkout they asked me for extra money - they didn't charge me enough apparently ... In Belgian such a thing is NOT done! Administration is their responsibility! My friend actually paid 2 days extra because they couldn't find proof of his cash payment! So if you do pay cash >> ask for a ticket!! 6 dollar breakfast > don't do it!! Not worth your money! Just buy your own supplies at Coles and use the kitchen at -2!

Real nice people, clean rooms, good atmosphere! You get coupons for the bar next door! A bit expensive(I payed 35AUD/night), we had no power in my room during my stay, that was a bit lousy! Also you can't bring alcohol in to the hostel.

The guys there are awesome! I booked a 10 shared room, but in the 2nd day a party was happening and it would be impossible to sleep, I talked to the guys and they re-allocated me in a 6 room with private bathroom and don't have charged me anything else.

The location is so good. It's very close from Darling Harbour and it takes 20~25 mins to get to Circular Quay by walk. Or I could use 555 bus to look around city for free. The bus stop was not that far from the base. I stayed a 4 beds female room. The air was a little bit cold, but the doona was thick enough. Bathroom was also clean to use. They provided a towel, shampoo, conditioner and a soap. I used blue mountain travel package for one day, it was a good experience. I think it is better to book the activities via reception than to do it by yourself. Cuz you can get some discounts and it's easier. When I used the kitchen, some people didn't wash pots, plates etc properly. So I had to wash a pot to use. And it is hard to find the right lid & pot.
