Decent location. Good security.

The night staff required a level of silence during the late hours that would rival a catholic girls school. While the day staff was helpful and polite, the night staff was much less so.

Excellent staff and very clean rooms.

Nearly everything looks good for me but room spacing and the location is very suitable for me and I will still chose Bay Village as my first preference for my next holiday trip.

Airport pick up and drop off would be very great. There is available but but a bit of flexibility.

Clean room, friendly and helpfull staff, very good facilities, good clean swimming pool and central location in Cairns city, easy walk to all city locations.

The rooms are kept very clean.

This hotel had the least soundproofing of any hotel we have ever stayed in, Sound travels very easily between their rooms, we could hear every movement, sneeze and the conversations of the many people who stayed in the rooms either side of ours, and they were not always loud talking people. We were very concious of keeping our conversations and movements as quiet as we could so as not to impact on others. Hotel staff moving new people into the rooms either side of ours did not think about the time of day or night people were coming into (or leaving) the rooms and the bag wheels trundling on the slate floor outside the rooms was also loud and carries right into the room.

The hotel was welcoming and friendly, with comfortable and spacious rooms. Having some facilities to self cater was a bonus as eating out in Australia was expensive, though we did find some reasonably priced venues eventually. The Baltinese restuarant was a plus and a relaxing place to dine occassionly.

No other choice than Baltinese food which, though delicious did not fancy it every night. Would have appreciated more than four sun-loungers to relax on from time to time.

Walk to town was uncomfortable during daytime because of high humidity.

we had 3 room one was a apratment for 4 people. We loved the apartment we stayed in! The staff at the motel were very friendly and helpful.

Tudo. Apresteza e rapidez com que foram nos buscar no aeroporto, assim que ligamos. A amabilidade da gerente. O quarto. A comida do restaurante, apesar de ser um pouco cara. Em fim, gostamos muito.

Na verdade, não gostaria de colocar nenhum ponto negativo para esse hote. A única coisa que não me faz dar uma nota 10 é porque nào é muito perto do centro, para quem está a pé, como eu.

A disposição do apto de 2 quartos é excelente, e a cozinha muito bem equipada.

Achei os funcionários muito informais. Não houve serviço de arrumação no meu apto de 2 quartos. A localização não é excelente. A internet sem fio nos quartos é precária e caríssima.
