Outside of these times, an after hours answering service will be available for urgent matters.
Guests receive 200MB of free WiFi per day per apartment, which is renewed at 06:00 every day. Additional data packages are available for purchase.

Please note guest registration must be completed and signed upon arrival.
A charge of $225 applies for replacement of lock and keys if apartment keys are not found in the apartment upon departure.
Call out after normal office hours of maintenance staff for a lock out will incur a $150 fee and on any public holidays a lock out fee of $200 will apply, payable at the time either by credit card or cash.
Car parking is limited to 1 off-street car space per apartment.
All upper level apartments are accessed via stairs only (no lift access).
Please note that for bookings of 2 apartments or more, a group booking security bond of AUD 250 per apartment is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
