Location was good. Kitchen facilities good.

Rotten milk found in the upstairs room of our villa in the bedside table. Dirt or ants of some sort on top of the kitchen cupboards that can be viewed from the top of the stairwell. Lack of privacy with the courtyard. Door security a bit dubious . Generally the villa appears a bit run down for the price - we were in peak season so I guess that is why.

Well equipped villas in beautiful gardens with great amenities such as tennis court, play ground & bbqs. Across the road from stunning beach. Staff very helpful & friendly.

Would have been nice if it was a bit closer to town but this was a very minor concern.

1 recently built accommodation - contemporary design and good quality finishings 2 closeness to the beach and very quiet beach 3 beach appropriate for young children (no waves)

Fantastic facilities, all you need at a self manage Resort. Not to far to travel to Dunsborough if you need. Have stayed here for 10 years now and each time is a pleasure.

The walls were quite thin enough to hear the people in the next house and outside at night time. Hard to sleep :(

Bayshore Resort was spacious, well equipped and in a great location. Staff were very helpful and courteous.

Lack of basic toiletries particularly for short stays. No tissues.

We had three villas and I know from experience finding a facilities that can accommodate all our family and still be close together is very difficult. But our experience at bayshore was great. I will definitely recommend it and will be back again. The grounds were beautiful. And the facilities were great for family's and for relaxing. The price was excellent and the staff very exceptionally friendly and helpful and went above and beyond in being very accommodating to make our stay a enhoyable experience. Especially Bruce!! I work in a resort so feel when something is good you should say it because people are all too quick to complain but not as quick to say postative things. Thanks again for making our family weekend celebrating my parents 42nd wedding anniversary so special. Roxanne

Comfortable home away from home. Very well equipped accommodation. Loved the little touches like the nespresso machine and the little hair straightners in bathroom!! Like the heating, could have cosy log fire or flick a button for automatic heating.

Excellent one bedroom unit with modern fittings and very pleasant outlook. The resort was well maintained and as we arrived later than scheduled, it was easy to get into our unit without having any staff on-site.

Great location close to dunsborough and other attractions.

Villas to close together

The villa was clean and tidy, if a bit dated in terms of decor.

This really didn't work for us with a young toddler. The second bedroom was on the first floor up a very steep set of stairs and there was no way we could put our three year old up there on her own. We ended up with all three of us sleeping in together which didn't give us the relaxing weekend we had intended.

What a great place to stay with family or friends. The villas were clean and well furnished. The seperate living and sleeping rooms, meant everyone wasnt on top of each other. The grounds were well manicured and the location was excellent.

Thanks for a great stay. We had the 8 bed room. Fantastic very clean and well furnished. Will stay again. A+++++
