Bayview Bay Apartments  

Great environment, warm, kind, friendly staff. Private and we enjoyed BBQ & pool facilities. I will definitely recommend to all I know & will return again! Thanks

Location was close to Dreamworld

The room was not very clean the windows had not been cleaned and the showers were mouldy

Very friendly staff. Nice clean & very spacious apartment. Good location for families with kids as it is away from all the busy places but close enough to go anywhere. Close to Harbour town. Secure parking.

No lifts which wasn't an issue for us but can be an issue for older people & people with disabilities. No remote control for the parking gates which was a bit of a pain having to get out of the car every time to open the gate.

We liked the spaciousness and cleanliness of the apartment. Runaway Bay is a great location. Friendly relaxed reception.

Apartment #8 was shady with little sun. Maybe that's O.K. in a Queensland summer. Consumables were skimpy, giving the impression of penny- pinching. I recommend: 1. At least 8, not 4, sachets of coffee, tea, and sugar. 2. A small bottle of dishwashing liquid, not just one silly . little sachet. 3.A miniature bottle of shampoo and of conditioner in each bathroom. 4.Two teatowels instead of one. 5. At least two face cloths instead of none. 6. The pepper and salt shakers should be filled. It's inconvenient for travellers to have to buy such items. ALL OF THE ABOVE CAN BE EASILY PAID FOR BY THE SAVINGS GAINED BY TURNING DOWN THE TEMPERATURE CONTROL ON THE HOT WATER SYSTEM BY ABOUT 10 DEGREES. IT WAS DANGEROUSLY HOT. The management could be more delicate in the wording used in asking guests to take out their own rubbish. Threats of being fined $50 need to be more delicately worded. Management should also state how this fine would be paid - would it be paid by using the guest's credit card number held by management (If in fact this is legal)?

Great location for us, away from busy Surfers Paradise. Grounds and pool lovely with bbq area. Spacious unit with 2 bathrooms a plus! Lovely view over canals.

Apartment was spacious and clean with comfortable sofas and beds. The TV was huge and full of awesome channels. Kitchen was also well equipped so we could prepare lots of good meals. Staff were consistently polite and friendly making our stay relaxing and enjoyable!

There wasn't much to dislike. Our only issue was that the dishwasher was quite loud but we got used to it!
