There was nothing we didn't like but as useful comments I would like to pass on the following: No room safe. Too much light coming into all the bedrooms whilst trying to sleep. It would have been nice for the ice trays to be filled prior to us checking in. Having stayed approximately 7 and 9 years ago we were a little disappointed to see that the rooms were pretty much the same. We would like to see an ovehaul on the rooms to modernise them a bit.
Great access to beach Layouts of the apts Individual access to rooms from outside Was ducks and rabbits running around the resort - very cool Indoor pool is great, just right temp
Outside Door on main bedroom didn't lock Lots of midgies/mosquitos
(1) the bed was comfortable (2) the grounds pleasant
The location in Geographer Bay was good.
The room was very ordinary. It was noisy due to a wedding, walls were paper thin and it had a smell about it that was unpleasant. Dissatisfied, should have tented next door probably.
All bedrooms had en suites, TV and bar fridge
The location was great.
The furniture was outdated. It had a very musty smell. Needed an uplift. Maybe a new coat of paint would also help. An oven would have been great or your own BBQ in your court yard.
No Wifi in rooms Cant park near room and not on ground floor
Staff were very friendly
The staff should know who they put in a joining units as there were a family with children put in alongside us where there was quite a number of other rooms available in the resort. 2 nights were very noisy and unsettling with children crying.
peaceful and tidy surroundings
Villas needing some attention
We loved the location, right near the beach. The gardens were also lovely.
The internet was not very strong and we had to go to the office to use it.
I appreciated the staff looking after us, the location and facilities, and the room was good. Hotel in a good position foe many attractions. Pool and sea were great with a lovely beach to walk on. Bed was comfy and appreciated the clothes dryer.
The room was a bit shabby but for the price and the location and facilities, that was OK
Easy to deal with Close to the beach Great facilities Everything ran smoothly - late key pick up went perfectly My kids loved the jumping castle at the cafe
We booked in fore a wedding being held in town, the chalets was roomy and comfortable and staff were helpful. It was close to town yet far enough out to have a country feel
Parking was the only dislike for me although it wasn t extremely far the inconvienence of carting luggage and getting a park when you returned was a turn off
accomadation is very dated
loved the fact that we could wake up and go straight to the beach for a walk. The resort backs onto an awesome beach. Plus it has an indoor heated pool, a superb restaurant within the complex, a games room for the kids or adults who enjoy playing games and an outdoor patio off the room to have breakfast in the sun. Would definitely recommend. The room is clean and comfortable and what you would expect for the price. It was very quiet too.
We wanted to wash the dishes after breakfast but there wasn't any detergent or a cloth to wipe down the bench. Just a suggestion for them to help the guest leave a tidy room.
Location - close to safe beach Very friendly and helpful staff Plenty of facilities Nice grounds/setting
No wifi in rooms Friday nite dinner special advertised as being available 'till late' - i too friends their at 8:45 and they told us the kitchen was closed! Whats 'late' mean in busselton 8pm??
Although its older everything was neat and tidy, great facilities, excellent value for money and super helpful staff that went out of their way to get us in early without charging.
The location was ok
It was very unclean, facilities were poor. Our bed wasn't very clean we had to go buy other linen because there was no way we were sleeping in it on those sheets. Wouldn't recomend and would never stay again.
As we drove through the entrance we thought the grounds were lovely.
The room was disappointing. The bed was hard and lumpy, the pillows were extremely thin and hard, making it almost impossible to sleep. The refrigerator was old with rusty edges, the kettle and toaster were also old and needed to be replaced. The bathroom was clean but extremely small and cramped. The shower head was very low and there was very poor pressure.
Large roomy apartment. Well set out grounds surrounding units.
was unaware we would be joined to another room and you hear everything
The position of the hotel is quite good and the villa was spacious
All furniture is worn and not really clean looks not nice and comfy just placed somewhere in the room
The view and comfort of the villa.
The hot water in shower was inconsistence.
thought units had a full kitchen
