Loved the location being super close to a park & the beautiful beach. The room was very tidy & clean. We would of loved to stay a week there but due to work commitments could only stay overnight. I think the only thing was the cost could of been slightly cheaper.

Having three bedrooms and a great kitchen to cook in. The spa bath was lovely. There were a numb of maintenance issues - ranging from the not too important to the dangerous: ac did not seem to have any affect in the twin room Light switches (a number of them) were sticking out of the bracket Toilet flush buttons were hard to use as sticking out Chairs and tables on the balcony blew over in the strong wind Tv not functional in main bedroom and finally the wooden lounge near the bbq collapsed on my son when he sat on it.

We only had to stay there 1 night Manager would not vary my booking to accommodate all the family of 7 in one apartment without charging a cancellation fee on the second apartment. One apartment stunk of cigaret smoke yet it was suppose to be non-smoking. A party in a neighbouring building kept us awake until late.

I will use the resort when ever I am in the area. I stayed to be near my daughters as I had not seen them in 14 months. They both came and stayed with me and I have not seen them that relaxed in a long time as the beachside resort offered that comfort. The whole resort was so clean, tidy, friendly and peaceful. Thank you the staff for allowing my girls and myself the chance to stay. Regards Thomas Ryan.

quiet location from traffics didnt have receptionist after 6pm. Not enough private parking spaces. Should have underground or near by private parkings.

Location was good and close to Kawana Shopping Mall and the beach. The lady arranging for our check-in was not really that pleasant. We were instructed to do our check-in at 830 am the following day (since office was already closed when we arrived). Lady came late at 845 am and she told us we needed to wait another 20 mins for her to boot-up her computer. When we requested if we can do late check-out, we were told we needed to pay $15 for every hour after the 10 am check-out time. The apartment was spacious but not really that great - had pretty old interiors. We will definitely not use this apartment again.

It was nice and relaxing and comfortable to stay in. Abit strict with their rules. Its the cleaners job to clean the unit after we leave the premises, not the guests. It's what they get paid for.
