Location is beautiful

Unit in a need of upgrade

It felt like you were in the middle of nowhere, but so close to everything you needed and wanted to see. It was absolutely wonderful.

The driveway scared me at the start, but soon became part of the charm.

Lovely and peaceful The views of the ocean were awesome.

The driveway was a bit freaky---gravel up a hill.

The beds were comfortable and the bathroom tub was nice. The view was lovely, we saw a koala in the trees on our drive up to reception, and we even got to see a wallaby from the back porch of our unit!

The shower door design allowed water to get into the main part of the bathroom. The kitchen did not include a non-stick pan. We had to carry down and set up the cot we rented; this should have been done for us.

The view was amazing, the facility was designed in a perfect location it was outstanding

When we were in osprey it was great!! I loved it, worth the time and money.

Upon arrival we were charged more than stated and expected and then our cabin didn't have much ocean or valley views which was not good and I wasnt happy, only for the toilet to break during the night. But the staff were nice and moved us to a cabin which was more value for money and we loved!

If you were looking for 4 star accomodation, do not stay here! Although the view was very good indeed! If you want 2 star accomodation, well this is the place to be!

The units that are advertised on the internet, before you pay your non refundable deposit, say that all units have air cond. After you pay your non refundable deposit, they inform you there is no air con in any of the units. But they have a nice see breeze. The old stains on the white doona cover didn't help either. The room was a bit stale, no doubt caused by years of using the open fire. Overall, the units were a bit tired, plus you had to be careful as people can look right into you unit when walking past.

It was just beautiful. We had cockatoos on our balcony and could see koalas through our window. Perfect setting.

The view through the trees was amazing. A visit to Chris's Restaurant next door was a delightful surprise. Comfortable 2 bed accommodation for a family. Wild life at our door was a great experience for us all.

.Toilet did not flush properly.(needed a bucket to help flush) .Nails protruding from decking.(very dangerous. .BBQ very low flame and did not work correctly. .Water hammer in pipe works when turning kitchen taps off

The ocean view from our villa nestled ip in the hills was sensational! Friendly staff too.

All fine except we didn't seem to be able to get any real heat from the log fire.Not a problem we had the other heater in the bedroom . The shower floor was rather slippery for oldies.

Pricy kind of on the high side. Furnishing is dated. Villas are side by side, hence neighbor can look straight into the living room when standing outside their villa.

Unfortunately, we had some water supply issues during our stay. However, Paul (the caretaker) was very helpful in ensuring that we are comfortable.

The staff were really helpful and friendly and the resort was an amazing get away

The location is perfect. It's beautiful - quiet, calm and placed up on the mountain overlooking the ocean. The bed was comfortable and the linen and towels were all very clean.

I thought the front of house staff could have done more to assist with my requests. Initially when I booked I had asked if there were any extra services available including in house massage or dining options. Rather than recommending anything the request was fobbed off. The room has lots of spiders in the corners and cobwebs hanging from the ceilings. The water was brown from the taps and there were little bugs living in the toilet.
