The beautiful, relaxing deep spa and the cleanliness

room was old stains on carpet and chairs. very noisy. could not sleep due to construction starting early and going all day including sunday. rooms were drafty and could. hear neighbours talking no A good experience would not go back.

Ang (sp) was the absolute best. Wonderfully helpful.

Horrendously small bathroom. Peel back uht milk things. Awful!

Close proximity to beach, walking tracks, & bike tracks. Has its own restaurant.

The room lacked an information folder. As we were not from the metro area we had no knowledge of what shops, restaurants, banks, post offices and other amenities were in the area. There was also no information on how to use the phone, tv, dvd, or WiFi availability/cost in the room. Would recommend highly if more information available.

The friendly staff made if feel soooooooooo inviting, they were willing to go out of their way to help entertain my children and that I very much appreciated..Their facilities were comfortable, with a homely feeling and it was very awesome to talk to some of the other patrons in the motel..So for me it was a friendly, family or single environment and recommend it to my friends & families so go and soak it up the complete relaxation package..

Oh the only complaint was the driveway exit lol our van scraped everytime we departed lol but other than that we loved it all..

It is old and needs repair. there is mould in the shower and the doona cover/bed spread was stained which was quiet replusive. The shower access is dangerous and do not reccomend for elderly. Spa was below average. no wine glasses.

The room key was given to the next occupants prior to our checkout time and they tried to enter the room at 9:30 am, thankfully the door was chained. They were then rude about us being in the room we paid to have until 10am; it would then need to be cleaned.

Customer service over the phone was excellent

The Beaumaris Bay Hotel, was located near to where we had a function to go to. So we could have a drink and not worry about getting a taxi. The room was clean and comfortable.
