Score from 314 reviews Very good
Location cleanliness views of farmland car port privacy comfy beds plenty hot water loads of toilet rolls
Noise from next appartment bedroom cooking facilities could improve but were reasonably adequate.
I just needed a place to crash.
If you are after bells and whistles, this is not it.
If you are into the 70s traditional Aus style this place is perfect. We stayed for one night which was interesting.
Just really dated
Tidy clean room and spacious would recommend for a short stay.
the location suited us perfectly, the owner, Alan was the perfect host nothing was too much trouble.
* The location * The friendliness of the staff * The spaciousness of the room.
* When we booked in, I was told, " There is nothing to pay-" Your credit card has already been charged." The booking site I used quoted a price for two people which seemed reasonable. When I got home, my credit card statement was charged for $20 more than the quoted booking fee.
Value for money budget accommodation, well appointed room has everything you need, beds were comfy, great shower, verandah out the back to sit and enjoy the gardens and chooks roaming around, peaceful country atmosphere, the host Allan was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with.
Air conditioner right beside the single bed.
It was clean affordable comfortable and convenient
Alan and staff were excellent and welcoming; basic facilities at a reasonable price; homely and good size yard for play for kids. Will stay again
value for money, very friendly, helpful, clean tidy, great breaky. 10/10!
room could be darker. be careful how noisy you are!
Close to Australia Zoo. At $100 per night for the two of us, it was very cheap. Very Quiet. Very helpful and friendly staff.
The room was very dusty and smelt very stale. The shower looked like it had baked on body fat and soap scum in the grout between the tiles. The carpet looked dirty and had an old iron burn that had long needed repair. The cooking could only be done in a microwave oven.
Price and location Beds comfortable
No extra blankets . No cloth to facilitate wiping of benches or washing up liquid.
central spot for our trip. interesting location. easy access to a super market and casual meals.
Proximity to Glass House Mountains scenic drives and walks
Road noise at night
Having a microwave was usefull
Power points coming off wall, no extra pillows, no toilet paper, air conditioner protrudes over bed, no dish washing items to wash dishes, very noisy location, very old fixtures,no internet even though they advertised free wifi, loose wires around TV , shower pathetic temp goes up and down
Friendly owner with a great good value breakfast
The room was very comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay there again.
Clean and tidy
Bit run down
The Manager real friendly great info.
The staf were efficient and friendly. The room was very clear and very comfortable.
Rooms were a good size, plenty of space. Reception we're very friendly. They provided a microwave and kettle in your room which was great. For the price you pay it was good
Location suited our needs as we were attending a wedding near by. The bed was comfortable the room was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful which always makes a stay away from home nicer. Pool looked lovely however it was a bit nippy for a swim. :)
The sound proofing could be a bit better as we could hear the people next door talking into the wee hours. It was also advertised that there were great views....not so much. However that's not a major problem that has an impact on comfort.
Everything was a bit above average
My partner was getting dressed and the owner just walked through the back door of the unit and just stood in the bedroom
Clean and tidy and quiet
Bathrooms were very old
It was very friendly
There was more traffic noise than I expected and the outside lights didn't turn off so it was fairly light in the room all night.
