Was close to the uni which was good for us and we were upgraded when we got there.

the motel is in a very good position for us we have family close we have stayed with you often and always recommend you to our friends

clean , plenty off parking , and layback attitude towards visitors.

Was a great location for us as our daughter lives in Belconnen. The gym was also good to have.

Was a bit noisey, you could hear people talking & giggling in the room next door. The restaurant was closed the whole time we were there.

The service given to us and the comfort whilst staying was fantastic plus the added bonus was the reception held for my sons wedding was excellent for the service, food, and care given to all whom attended.

Location, central to where we needed to go, also close to Belconnen and not far from the City Centre.

No Restaurant and advertised as being included in facilities -when late arrival I was expecting to use the restaurant and then had to search for another venue

Enjoyed position to main roads and shopping. Seemed secure. Staff treated visiters well and responded when entering foyer. Will return again.

Price and location

There was nothing we did not like however the cost of continental breakfast @ $15 per person is rather steep for cereal and toast. That sort of breakfast should be included in the accommodation price. Breakfast alone cost almost one third of the room rate. This aspect we found disappointing.

Clean, good facilities, well priced, easy access when driving from Sydney, close to the function we were attending.

Comfortable beds, just like home. Reasonably priced food.

Minor feature - two guests - only one chair in room. This would have made it difficult to consume room service meal. Situation solved by a helpful room service employee who fetched another chair.

Wasn't able to access the advertised internet facilities, they were quite limiting. Selected the motel for this purpose so was disappointed.

All of the above along with its closeness to the city - also, the market nearby was great. The restaurant was very good and the prices very reasonable.

I stayed here because of the location - easy walking distance to Belconnen, where I had business. Overall it was better than I expected - clean and neat, and things looked nice - well maintained and bright. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast at $7 for coffee and selection of toasts was not too bad as these things go. Four or five cable tv stations in addition to free to air, which was nice, too. It was nothing special, but it was all there. If you're looking for something functional in this area, for a reasonable price, it should suffice.

A lot of room noise - the showers from adjoining rooms, guests coming and going (despite signs asking for quiet), and garbage trucks in the morning.

As we had become lost in the dark, when the Receptionist rang to see where we were, then helped us to find our way, she was a Godsend at the end of a long day. Thankyou!!!!! The beds were so comfy.

The soundproofing of our room was very poor. Showers and toilets flushing from rooms above and beside us was the worst I have ever encounted. As a poor sleeper, I didn't manage to get much sleep.
