Good location for what I wanted

Maintenance is terrible. This is the third time I have stayed there and each time there have been problems. This time a smoke alarm was not fixed after we specifically told the front desk at 11 AM. Last time we could not reliably get into our room (card entry often didn't work). The time before the refrigerator froze everything solid, even at its lowest setting. I will not stay there again, even though it is most convenient to where I want to be. Score for here at best 3 out of 10.

The location suits us for the purpose of our visit to Canberra. The foyer, bar and dining area are pleasant.

The rooms are tired. The décor is dull and uninteresting. With a little flair the rooms could be so much better. I found the décor in the rooms basic.

Nice staff, easy place for solo business traveler with restaurant & bar on site and small gym. Walking distance to University of Canberra

Having a gym area was good: would be nice to have a few weights there as well.

Was close to the uni which was good for us and we were upgraded when we got there.

the motel is in a very good position for us we have family close we have stayed with you often and always recommend you to our friends

clean , plenty off parking , and layback attitude towards visitors.

Was a great location for us as our daughter lives in Belconnen. The gym was also good to have.

Was a bit noisey, you could hear people talking & giggling in the room next door. The restaurant was closed the whole time we were there.

The service given to us and the comfort whilst staying was fantastic plus the added bonus was the reception held for my sons wedding was excellent for the service, food, and care given to all whom attended.

Location, central to where we needed to go, also close to Belconnen and not far from the City Centre.

Plenty of space in rooms, very clean.

No Restaurant and advertised as being included in facilities -when late arrival I was expecting to use the restaurant and then had to search for another venue

Enjoyed position to main roads and shopping. Seemed secure. Staff treated visiters well and responded when entering foyer. Will return again.

Clean, neat room. Very convenient location. Quick & easy check in and check out.

Price and location

There was nothing we did not like however the cost of continental breakfast @ $15 per person is rather steep for cereal and toast. That sort of breakfast should be included in the accommodation price. Breakfast alone cost almost one third of the room rate. This aspect we found disappointing.

Clean, good facilities, well priced, easy access when driving from Sydney, close to the function we were attending.

the fact that it is situated close to westfield and was only about 10 mins in taxi to AIS

Comfortable beds, just like home. Reasonably priced food.

Minor feature - two guests - only one chair in room. This would have made it difficult to consume room service meal. Situation solved by a helpful room service employee who fetched another chair.

Wasn't able to access the advertised internet facilities, they were quite limiting. Selected the motel for this purpose so was disappointed.

All of the above along with its closeness to the city - also, the market nearby was great. The restaurant was very good and the prices very reasonable.
