The bed

Great position across the MAIN Road from the beach with a beautiful coastal walk. Two blocks to cafe, shopping strip. The units are very well positioned. Clean slightly heated pool, good BBQ areas. Pleasant Units.

The unit is "tired", paint peeling in the toilet, sofas in need of a freshen up, old plastic plants need to be removed. Overall unit was surface clean but in need of a thorough clean. Toilet,windows, ceiling fans all dirty and blanket bedding in need of washing.

Overall it was a nice appartement and great location with friendly staff

Only complaint no heating in family room

Lovely friendly staff. Close to shops and reastaurants. Secure parking. Beach and walking / cycle path across the road. Relaxing.

The position was fantastic and to be able to see the sunrise each morning rising up over the ocean. Everything within the apartment was very clean and would be very easy living there.

We had not been told there is a trick to turning on the ceiling lights in the bedrooms, so we used only the bed lights at night. The mattress of one bed in the 2nd bedroom was uncomfortable.

We were treated well and everything was as advertised. This was an excellent location and a really comfortable apartment.

Ease of access to restaurants

No lock on the front security screen- just an empty lock socket, no safety chain on front door, not all window locks worked only bedroom was air conditioned. Space for parking in carport was challenging

The location was fantastic - right on the Esplanade close to the beach and walking distance to pretty much everything you need.

Even though the pictures on the Website look a little dated our apartment was very modern and the perfect ending to our Honeymoon. The apartment is perfectly situated for anything you wish to get too on the Sunshine Coast if you are playing Tourist or if you are just wanting a nice relaxing break.

Being right on the track for the triathlon was great!!

The rattling windows when it was windy it keeped my wife up

Great location, walking distance to restaurants, shopping, beach etc.

The apartments was not clean, there was a layer of dust pretty much over the whole apartment.

Comfortable and cost of room, facilities was good. Staff friendly

Room was not that clean, has only been surfaced cleaned, wipe marks on the table, dishes that had been put in cupboard were dirty, and there is no cleaning supplies that you can wipe down the benches with yourself. Shower/spa not legal and dangerous. Step up too high.

It was perfect, I booked a standard 2 bedroom with ac. The unit was first floor ocean view, lovely furniture, compact, 2 large bedrooms, washer and dryer. Heated pool, bus stop at the door, supermarket 100mtrs away. Great cafes and club.

As I said it was perfect. The taxi fare from the airport was $35 for two which was reasonable but we later found the bus went there and it was only $2.86 each on the way back (for seniors) so it evened out well.

The location was perfect near the beach and shopping precinct. We loved the swimming pool. The managers were quite friendly. The kitchen was fully equipped. The sheets were fresh.

The standard apartment was advertised as air-conditioned but the living area was hot all the time because only bedrooms had air-cond. The shower cubicle was so filthy that we spent an hour scrubbing it with products we purchased from the supermarket. We booked a five night stay and with only one towel each, we had to wash the towels and then hang them over the balcony to dry as if we were in Naples because the clothes dryer was old and barely worked. When I asked for extra towels, the manager whinged that the linen service would charge him extra. We were given one thin, old tea towel for five days and only enough dish liquid for one wash up, so we had to buy dishwashing products as well. The mattresses felt lumpy to sleep on and the bedspreads and blankets had seen better days. I worried about their cleanliness, given the state of the absolutely putrid shower recess. I didn't expect the Hilton given the price we paid ($650 for 5 nights) but I did expect air- conditioning as was advertised, plenty of clean towels and, above all, a clean bathroom that we shouldn't have had to scrub up to an acceptable standard!

Air con Broke down in 2nd Bed (but Xmas so no-one available)---A bit noisey at Xmas in front lounge!

Apartment was modern and views were magnificient. Location to everything including shops, restaurants, beach great and I especially loved the pool and the bbq area which was great to entertain my visitors. Lovely managers,

There are no lifts and long way to the top of the stairs with the luggage..but hey it''s worth it.

The location was good.

Towel change only every 8 days. service clean and sheet change once a week, very poor clean. No screens at the doors and windows.

The unit, 27, needed to be sprayed for ants as there was heaps.

The main bed was a bit hard .

The price of the aprtments was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Well situated, close to shopping and beach.

The blankets needed a wash, the vacuum cleaner did not work.
