Breakfast/coffee was lovely.

Back Gate was locked - had to walk/drive all the way around.

I like where it was situated so easy to get where I wanted to go.

There was nothing I did not like.

Location - close to CBD Restaurant Appearance of room - colour scheme.

Position of bathroom mirror - not good for shaving.

The room was well appointed, good value for money and the dinning was excellent great food and great service

Stayed in room 5, it was very noisy and people were sitting outside my room on benches smoking all night. My room constantly smelt of smoke, wouldn't stay again based on that.

Ive always had an enjoyable stay here. Do like the upgrades to the rooms over the past few years.

It would be nice to have their resturant open on Sunday nights , instead of having to leave the premises for Dinner elsewhere. And to be open for breakfast in the dining room. They did offer breaky in our room but we had an early appoiontment. And a hot shower that night would be good, just luke warm. It was hot in the morning so I didnt complain to the staff.

Room was inviting & clean upon arrival. Staff were friendly & helpful. If they couldn't answer my question were more than happy to find answer & get back to me. Liked option that you took one night only bookings. Ajoining restaurant very nice as well as handy.

The room was spacious and newly renovated so was modern and fresh.

The shower head

We stayed in an executive spa suite, it was a well presented, clean modern room. The hotel restaurant offered oustanding quality meals (literally the nicest steak I have had in years!) along with fantastic service from the staff. Room service hot Breakfast was also very good. Thanks again, we look forward to our next visit!

The shower head was too low but its only a minor thing!

Room was very spacious and nicely furnished.

Bathroom needs new vanity basin as there was a big crack in it.

Good sized, well maintained clean rooms. Very comfortable bed.

Bed was to hard it needs a better pillow top.

The Ambassador caters for every need. The rooms are spacious, very clean and tasefully decorated. Close to town yet not in the middle of the noise, so, very conveniently positioned.

Penny the Receptionist - what an asset!

The standard, comfort, cleanliness of the rooms was excellent. Quite location and peaceful surrounds. Close to centre of city and all facilities.

The female staff and waitresses were professional and nice. The restaurant was great - gorgeous food. The coffee was delicious.

The male owner was abrupt and a bit rude. $5 delivery fee for room service was excessive as was the food prices. They are pricing themselves out of the market, considering there were hardly any other guests.

It stands out by far from other accommodation options in Toowoomba - for little extra in price.

The room swipe key did not work at all and every time we went out we could not get back into our room. The austar sports channel did not work. We paid $180 per night and everything should have been perfect.

Stay wasn't long enough

the beds were really comfy and the spa was great

the shower didnt let out enough pressure/ water

we liked the room cleaners just need to fill shampoo and conditioner bottles up

We both liked the comfort of the Room & the service from the Owner/Manager who phoned us to check on the air onditioning to make sure the reversed cycle was working to keep us warm & then he kindly called a Taxi for us! It's so nice to be able to stay in a clean, comfortable, modern & warm room even though we were only there to sleep after an Engagement party! We will always stay at a Best Western from now on!
