The bed and room were huge. Spacious shower

Window facing great eastern hwy (above desk ) allowed way too much light in early morning

We needed a place close to the airport as we seeing family off overseas. As we were not staying longer than one night and not able to spend very much time at the hotel, we just needed a place to return to and sleep. Unfortunately we were unable to use the facilities but the pool area looked great.

I tried to book the last remaining room (online) and it said there was one available. After spending time filling in the details, I pushed the accept button only to be told that that room was no longer available and I had to pay an extra $40 for a room were we not going to be in for very long. This was disappointing!

My room was to close to the road. Could not really access and use wi-fi facility

Convenience and comfort so close to airports, the mattress was superb, we have had lots of stays in and around Perth, the mattresses are shocking in some of those places, namely Kings Park Motel, and some of the larger apartments in Perth City, I have no hesitation in nameing and shaming these places from now on after the awesome comfort at Best Western.

Someone elses toe nail cuttings on the balcony and someone elses nose piece that you wear with glasses beside the TV

Towels not replaced every day

No restaurant on site.

The room was fine in all respects except for the kitchen.

The elctric hotplates in the kitchen were poor.

Room had separate lounge/bedroom which for an additional $20 per night was worth it for me.

The continuing road works on the Great Eastern Highway. I do realise, however, that this will not prevail forever.

I booked a one bedroom apartment for 12 days. But to my surprise I was upgraded to a one bedroom townhouse. It was excellent. Home away from home. Everything we needed to cook with and wash our clothes. Private car spot. All in all I'll be using this again. Very happy

Only thing I would complain about was upstairs had no aircon. It wouldn't be a problem but it was a heat wave when we where there. But we took our mattress downstairs and the staff never complained lol

Road works out side all night no sleep. No wonder the room was cheap

Conveniently located

The fact that the a/c was in another room to where I was sleeping meant the room it was in was cold but the bedroom was beyond uncomfortable and the compressor for the a/c was located right outside my bedroom window. So no fan to circulate the cool are in one room whilst overbearing heat in the other. Not comfortable at all.

The staff were very helpful and friendly as we were lost and could not find the hotel, they stayed on the phone and gave us great directions. The room as good and clean, we would stay there again

The room wasn't clean, it smelled like cigarette smoke, there were dirty marks on the couch the 2 cushions on the couch were filthy, kitchen utities had to be re-washed before use, food under the tv stand, the television was of very poor quality and had a really bad picture quality. The door leading into foyer before our 'a' room was hard to open and we got woken at midnite by another person arriving at 'b' who also could not open this door and was banging on it for ages before we were woken up, a couple of simple instructions on the door "turn and hold key left then push with all your might".
