Location was good, facilities good - see what we didn't like

Toilet flush not working 5 tissues left in box, hand/body lotion empty, toilet paper poor quality, spa bath not operable. As we don't have a bath at home, very disappointed...we were not offered any compensation when we settled our breakfast account (only attitude)

Great location, easy access to car park. Nice walks to beach and restaurants. nice surrounds.

entry doors make excess noise when not closed carefully by adjoining guest. Bed pillows are latex rubber only,not comfortable.

We like the room set up, clean and spacious. The location is fantastic - very near the town centre. Its value for money

The pillows were to hard So for our 2nd night I asked if they could be changed I was told to come back B4 10pmvthat night When I did I wad told very abruptly they had none .

Staff ...so friendly and helpful. Lovely big room and comfy bed. Breakfast was delicious. There was a wedding that day and it was very busy (also preparing for mothers day high tea)yet the staff had plenty of time for us. Will definitely come again

The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was in excellent condition and very comfortable. The kitchenette was well equipped.

Noise transferred very easily from the adjoining room. The online booking was non-refundable, so when my husband could not join me I was unable to cancel and continue staying with my son. It was expensive compared with other local hotel in same street.

clean modern facilities

It was very roomy and clean. We only stayed overnight Arrived late afternoon and had to leave early next morning. It was handy to be able to have breakfast at the motel before we left.

Good location to Main st restaurants, and the Tanti st location made it easy to find and quite easy to slip in and out so we could get about enjoying our visit to the Mornington Peninsular winery's and other attractions

Far Too Expensive. $175 - $195. would be more appropriate. Breakfast only available until 09:30hrs (especially on a Sunday in a public holiday weekend) Should be til at least 10:30hrs.

Beautiful rooms with a private garden area for each suite. Very private and relaxing. Staff were super friendly and very, very helpful.

A beautiful hotel with large and excellent rooms. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and responded very quickly and positively to our 2 am complaint about a noisy neighbour's TV.

There was nothing to dislike.

I thought the room was nice.

I didn't think it was worth the $239 we paid.

not enough ingrediants for making coffe & tea could not find pool until last day

beautifully appointed room with all the nice touches to make your stay very comfortable, private courtyard and parking outside the room, close to the cafes and shops and water.

smoke alarm low battery alarm beeping at midnight and being told not able to fix till morning. We removed the battery and the beeping eventually stopped. A place that well equipped should ensure that doesn't happen. If it was someone who didn't know or was unable to remove the battery, they would have a sleepless night with the alarm beeping every few minutes

One small thing. Round pots in front of the main buildings needed attention. Detail to me is very important especially when weddings are being held. All the staff were very pleasant. Overall, it was a lovely place to stay.

I asked if the light bulb above the vanity could be replaced, however, this was not forthcoming.

room safe inoperative even after reporting it to reception, tree debris in yard area, neighbour parking partly in our dedicated parking area

Excellent service, cuisine, staff, decor, hospitality, is certainly on short list for next time!

The reception staff were efficient and friandly.

The bin in our room had not been emptied, it was full, and apparently there was no housekeeping available after 5pm. This is just not acceptable at the price.
