I was unable to make my booking due to car breakdown, my booking was non refundable I was offered a 6 week period to make use of the booking which I took up a coupe of weeks later :)

As my husband and i were staying there in our wedding night having Staff that were extreamly friendly and helpful meant a lot less stress on me when trying to get everything organized on such a busy day

I love to see staffs at the reception. they do enjoy their work, excellent performance on the duties. Good parking, shopping. Cups are a bit dirty.

Very helpful greeting staff. Gave us full attention. As did breakfast hostess. Advertising and photos always lead you to believe you are getting something that you just don't get... Scruffy side street outlook just didn't cut it. Typical marketing I guess.

Rooms were spacious but dont cater for smokers could of had at least had a table with an ash tray on balcony room service was excellent Your soap dispensers were empty hair dryer did not work entry to motel is not clear enough for first time time visitors

,very quite place, loved that. Safety wasn't good enough. Security system should be improved at the front the entry of the building. Anyone can come in and hang around in the night time.

The welcome from the receptionist (male) when I booked in. Very helpful staff. Also the car park was excellent The room was clean and well set out.. I felt the room was a bit dated and it had a musty smell to it. The drain in the bathroom I found very dangerous as it is virtually in front of the mirrow and I almost lost my footing twice. The hairdryer was very old and it did not work properly either.

The staff were friendly and the cafe had a great breakfast bar and the best pancakes. The motel needs renovating, very outdated but adequate.

Large rooms, helpful staff, free parking, close to the sea, town is growing so better shopping than most small towns A bit dated and pricey due to Aussie dollar strength. My main annoyance was their continued use of an hourly charging system for wifi use. $5 dollars an hour is ridiculous in 2012.

The staff are very friendly and efficient and I liked that it is close to the beach and is a 3 minute walk to the major shopping centre. There is also an excellent restaurant. The room was very comfortable and clean.

The Staff were great, really friendly and eager to please. Let us check out late when we accidently slept in, without charging us the ridiculous fee. Rooms were clean, well presented and had comfy beds, all for a great price. Definitely be staying here again!
