I would have liked access to internet to be included in room rate

The easy access to the Mater Private Hospital where my husband was a patient

Problems with traffic congestion at peak hours poor access. Staff not friendly. Demanded security deposit of $300 - despite the other guests being my husband and daughter and a sign stated non-related guests only needed to pay that deposit

My request for an upper level view room was accommodated. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. They were very helpful with all my questions.

The directions to the place are a little tricky. My gps got very confused and it took some time to locate the street.

The rooms were fabulous & the location was terrific.

The way u couldnt get to another floor via the lift. Our friends were on another floor so it was a hassle when we wanted to go to their room.

The service and the studio room I stayed in was fantastic. Everything was provided including a washer/dryer which is very rare in studio hotel accommodation. The room was immaculatly clean.

Early check out at 10.00am; small pool w. uncomfortable seating - no deckchairs or towels near it.

Well presented rooms

Room needed a lot of maintenance, no room service at all even a change of towels or toilet paper. Lack of lock up parking as I'm paying for secure parking.

Close to bus terminal and the city.

1) Credit card is charged immediately upon booking. This does not allow for guest to change their mind. No freedom of choice. Best Western should follow what other accommodation providers are doing. 2) Room and hall are rather small compared to the Hillcrest that I stayed at previously. 3) Small dining table that does not allow for space for guests compared to Hillcrest that provides dining table for 4 even for a one bedroom apartment. 4) Small kitchen area and lack of counter top compared to Hillcrest that even has an island for the kitchen sink with ample storage space. Hillcrest also provides more kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery for guest utilisation. 5) Small bathroom compared to Hillcrest. 6) No bathtub compared to Hillcrest. 7) Guests have to go through the bedroom to use the bathroom unlike Hillcrest where the bathroom is separate from the bedroom.

Busy motorways very close

Nice Big room/suite and very clean.

A minibar would have been great in the suite after a long day to put your feet up with beer/wine and snacks.

Within 5-10 mins walk of South Bank/West End, and Woolloongabba. Very clean and tidy.

Probably a little over-priced if anything.

Large rooms moden

Did not provide a secre car park space and got locked out of unit for 30 minutes failed keycard

the tv stations were lousy; the desk staff was unhelpful; hot water ran out after 3 minutes

Cooking & washing facilities are a great bonus. I will recommend this hotel to all others who have to travel to Brisbane for business. Friendly helpful staff.

The toaster & jug were stored in a high cupboard - I had to stand on a chair to get them. Having to slam the outside door to ensue closure when exiting is annoying for other guests.

Inflexibility.

the sudima suites are located close to everything that we wanted and needed to do in brisbane and the rooms are beautiful and clean and comfortable. there is also A gym and pool to use while your there. the staff were very helpful and friendly. we will stay there again the next time we go to brisbane.

Bit soul- less..would expect free wireless for this price. Too open..wouldn't really cook there..was just a very large room..
