It was clean and comfortable.

Noise from the road. The hotel is situated between two busy roads.

Plenty of parking

The blind was damaged when we arrived, it was stuck together with tape. The shower was inconsistent either very hot or very cold. The tap in the room above was leaking and we could here it from our room.

Room. Terrible dirty old lights blown badly in need of Renovation there was a hair dryer cord the hai dryer had blown and removed the exposed electrical cord was still in the bathroom and the bare cord could be switched on

What has been said previously plus we arrived Sunday evening to find the resteraunt closed

Booked through Bookings.com, however information on bookings.com website proved to be misleading in regard to facilities on offer. Who's at fault? I am not sure, but accurate descriptions are extremely important, and due to this misinformation I had a very unhappy 5yo child, expecting an indoor pool. A rival motel also offered indoor pool, so had info been accurate, I probably would have stayed at the accommodation with an indoor pool. I had no problem with other services offered.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room dated but clean and adequate.

Spacious room. Even though it's on the main road into and out of Mount Gambier, it's quiet. Convenient that it has a restaurant. Motel is good value for money.

Quality if the restaurant food was not great but the service was very good. Parts of the motel need a bit of housekeeping and tidying up.

We only spent a small amount of time as was down for a 21st. Only live 120km away so don't normally look for accommodation. Was a lovely room all the same and the staff very friendly.

The bed was a little too firm.

Wow! This was by far the most luxurious Motel on our trip. The chap on reception was very helpful and had a great sense of humour on our arrival. The room far exceeded our expectations - palatial is a good word to describe our room!

The outside door to the car park was not working very well and I had to run right round the outside of the hotel and through the large corridors to open it and by the time I'd got there another three customers were also having trouble gaining access - so I know it wasn't just us!

Im afraid I didnt like anything about my stay.

The reception staff was rude (male) abrupt & non friendly. The place was not clean at all & was in need of some urgent maintenance.

We had to carry our suitcases upstairs. There was no insect screen on the window.
