The fact that I had booked a 2 bedroom apartment months before my stay, paid for it in full the week before & when I checked in they had to give me 2, 1 bedroom apartments because the 2 bedroom wasn't available

No coffee making facility no chopping board both of which are essential in an apartment

Our room was close to the road, but due to 2 doors into the bathroom,no road traffic was heard at all. The room was spacious, and had all facilities. Reception was very helpful, especially Emma

The room was clean and very comfortable, people at reception were polite and helpful

Parking spaces were a bit tight getting in and out of your car

Its clean. The front desk was very helpful. The location and access to shopping is also just a short walk away.

Parking is very "tight". The restuarant is expensive and needs to display greater value for money.

Privacy. Respect.and the very polite service... We were very happy with our stay and shall stay again and have recommended the hotel to some of our friends ...

It was close location to family

Regretfully some other guests were load & noisy and talked all & I mean all night the room next door no 26 also appeared to have been left in one hell of a mess also there was no service directory in the room

Good location, good facilities and the room was very comfortable and clean-all in all for the price it was above average

Met expectations

The apartments only have light blinds, not blockouts so it is difficult to get to sleep Too much emphasis on security, fire, fines - felt like one was in a prison with all the CCT. Half expected to see a CCT in the bedroom! Too sterile and very non friendly, Needs some tubs of plants or softening features. If I had had a problem like locking my key in then I had to trek a good distance, possibly in pouring rain, to cross the highway to the reception area

The room with a spa was very nice the spa made the room ,

No shower screen or any thing to cover when showere on , would have been better with a separate shower not a shower over the spa bath. Was also very noisy with guests coming and going at all times of the night and making alot of noise , ordered room service for tea and trays were still sitting at door in the morn .

We stayed in a one-bedroom, roomy apartment. It was very comfortable. There was a noisy national volleyball group of teenage girls who were quite noisy, but they only stayed one night during our visit. The service was excellent, from check-in to check-out. We had a broken lightbulb in the standing lamp, and it was fixed first thing in the morning after we reported it.

I liked nothing about Best Western Tudor Box Hill.

Unhelpful staff who appeared untrained and lacked any understanding of what their role was and how to solve problems, such as finding an additonal towel and a bar of soap when requested by a guest. Our party had 4 rooms of which only one did not have any problems- Entry cards that did not work; heating that didn't work; toilets that overflowed; decor that was dark & dated; inadequate fold-up bed. We tried the restaurant and the service was appalling.

Comfortable, well furnished apartment

Would have liked it to be closer to Deakins University, as I had to make several taxi trips per day there, but not enough to warrant renting a vehicle.

Clean and tidy. Well maintained accommodation.

Breakfast was expensive. Some tiles were cracked in the King Spa Sweet and the toilet was cracked. All very minor issues though.

Location for our tasks, convenient parking, spaciousness of suite. Great parking.

Cost of internet (why is it not free as it is in so many os hotels; I would use it if it cost a few dollars)?The stairs up the the bed are too difficult for those whith joint problems - this was not clear in the room description.

As clean and comfortable as could be expected, and well located.

One major issue: you might care to replace the pillows with lumps of wood, as that would be a bit comfier. It may be beyond your control, but we were kept wide awake until 4am by our neighbours - talking/yelling at full volume, obviously drunk and incapable of hearing even when we banged on the wall. They were at it again by 6am. (Not that we could have slept well on those pillows!)

1. The quiet, restful and wonderfully spacious, beautifully designed suite on two levels. 2. The outstanding staff, especially the Reception Desk Manager for most of my stay -- Connie. 3. The bus stop just a few yards beyond your front door.

Housekeeping standards varied greatly. I had to clean the top of the flush toilet myself -- and dust came off the tissue paper, staining it grey.
