The staff in particular were extremely helpful and welcoming. I had a fabulous time staying with you and will definitely be back!

beautiful motel decor & room very comfortable with all facilities. being upgraded in our room before we got there. It was very quiet, we couldn't hear neighboring rooms plumbing or noises.

Dodgy area, not nice views or outlook. Uncomfortable lounge suite.

Having full cooked breakfast available daily and washing machine and dryer in room.

Bed was worst I have ever slept on-should not charge for that bed and rate was expensive not budget. Lounge was uncomfortable. Advertised ocean views and view was in the far distant.

Service, enviroment etc was better than i expected

The room was much bigger than I expected. I wasn't expecting a separate bedroom. The staff, which included housekeeping, were really friendly. Free parking came with the room.

Slow lift. No bar.

* Car park is too tight (doesn't help when idiots park their car in 2 spots)

Clean and tidy rooms. Massive suite with Lounge, Kitchen/Meals, Bedroom and Bathroom. Value for Money Breakfast.

Clean & Comfortable, with lots of room and large bathroom. On site parking and friendly, helpful staff.

A little bit noisy from the road but not enough to keep you up at night unless you're a very light sleeper!

Cleanliness

Noise, woken at 3am by motorbike racing up street and being cheered on by crowd. Poor breakfast on weekday. Credit card taken twice in payment. Distance from beach.

The staff were excellant in their attitude and were very helpful.

As we were on the 7th floor there was a constant banging either upstairs or ourside on the roof which kept us awake all night.

Spacious looked great balcony great size

No air con in bedrooms cockroaches running around kitchen could have been a little cheaper based on location

I liked how the room looked, it was very tidy and the staff were very friendly. Plus the hotel room was close to the shopping center and restaurants.

I didn't like accidentally leaving my straightener at the hotel haha but the staff member was very friendly and rang me to let me know and ill be picking it up next week :)

The nosy staff made my stay horrible. No privacy and staff constantly watched my movements for no reason. A very unprofessioanl environment. Also - my room was RIGHT NEAR THE UTILITIES ROOM. towels and cleaning appliances WERE ALWAYS LEFT OUT. We were tempted to leave but had already paid. NOT RECOMMENDED

the apartments were spacious, clean, well set out and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful.We could park near the back entrance (also near the lift).

Very noisy at night-time with traffic and people on the street. This woke us up many times.

The phone started to ring from about 2am. After reconnecting the line in the morning the problem continued. There was little concern/interest from hotel staff when I reported the problem.

Clean, neat, tidy

Only one remote in the room when we arrived for two night stay for 2 TV's. Asked and rec'd promptly another remote which didn't work and couldn't be bothered in the end to say it didn't work. The first remote worked both TV's anyway.
