Best Western Plus Hotel Stellar  

We had a comfortable room and the staff were all very helpful. Breakfast was good. Location is quite a distance from the waterfront but various means of transport are close by. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Everything was great about this hotel, room was spacious and extremely clean with all the facility you need. Hotel staff was really helpful and nice. not a lot of restaurant around the area though, however it is easy to get to city center and all the tourist attraction in the city.

The wifi signal in my room 402 was only available in the kitchen and the door area so I had to grab the chair to sit in front of the kitch to use the internet, and the rate of the internet is quite expensive.

Good location and good facilities for the price.

A bit noisy as on the main road and the living area was a little dark.

My flight didn't leave until 10:20pm at night, but they stored my bag for me after I checked out. The location was very convenient.

I don't appreciate having to pay an additional charge for wifi usage.

Big room, good location.

Some of the staff was not very friendly and the housekeeping staff did not do their job good at all. Breakfast was horrible considering the prize and wifi was very expensive and hardly worked in our room. One morning we woke up to the firealarm just because a guest had burned his toast - maybe it should not go off that easy?

The size of the room was very good, huge tv. Staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Reasonable price. Near a park and easy to walk to most locations in the city. Liked the kitchenette.

An excellent value for money hotel. Room was clean and spacious. Double windows meant very little street noise. Staff were polite and efficient. Location was great for what we needed.

Location excellent for shows. Able to walk to venues - we went to 2 different shows in different directions so easily within walking distances. Double glazing meant room was quiet at night with ear plugs. Bed extremely comfortable. Room plenty of space. Liked the convenience of being able to order room service for night meal. Kitchenette excellent for own breakfasts and supermarket close by for supplies. Walking distance of sights and shopping.Secure swipe card system for after hours. Would stay again.

Big size rooms with excellent beds and other conveniences for long-term stays. Good location, close to the Museum subway-train station and 15-20 min walk to all major Sydney attractions (Circular Quay, Darling Harbor, Botanical Gardens, Museums, etc.).

Not much of a reception/common area. $5/Hr for internet, come on! 10:00 am checkout time, extra charge to extend until noon. Plenty street noise (traffic, emergency vehicles, drunken bar-hoppers).

Close to Sydney CBD for shopping and restaurants as well as great eateries and s outlets in Darlinghurst and Surrey Hills. Buses from Oxford Street and trains from Central a short walk from hotel. We found the walk to central with suitcases and hand luggage to catch airport train link manageable. Staff very prompt and helpful in returning a mislaid jewellry item. We paid less than half the rack rate so it's good value fro Sydney based on that price point.

It's noisy at night with 'big city traffic noise' and early morning with service trucks. Might depend which way the room faces.
