Best Western Plus Hotel Stellar  

A fantastic location right at the top (or bottom) of Oxford Street and a great location to enjoy the city. The room was spacious, and more of a self contained apartment than a hotel room.

The parking is tight, as is it is a small car park, and that you need to inform the desk if a car space is required. But that is not the hotels fault, but due to the location in the city. Would defiantly stay there again, if the price is right.

Second time I have stayed at hotel and would return on next visit. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Hotel conveniently located for purpose of trip.

the hotel is well located - close to the railway and bus station - 10-15 minutes walk to reach the center the bedroom is confortable the bathroom is clean and modern

the wifi is available but you have to pay 6 dollars per hour (daily/weekly rates available) the breakfast is the same everyday with a limited choice (the quality is ok)

Very large room specially in the city centre location. Very polite and friendly staff. Absolutely great location, close to everything! Good breakfast.

No free internet service although it is not relatively very expensive. We found a cockroach on our doorstep in the last day but the room was generally very clean and I believe that was unusual.

The room has been renovated fairly recently and has been done well. The decor is good, bathroom good - overall very pleasant.

A bit noisy as on the main road and the living area was a little dark.

We had a comfortable room and the staff were all very helpful. Breakfast was good. Location is quite a distance from the waterfront but various means of transport are close by. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Reasonable price. Near a park and easy to walk to most locations in the city. Liked the kitchenette.

Location excellent for shows. Able to walk to venues - we went to 2 different shows in different directions so easily within walking distances. Double glazing meant room was quiet at night with ear plugs. Bed extremely comfortable. Room plenty of space. Liked the convenience of being able to order room service for night meal. Kitchenette excellent for own breakfasts and supermarket close by for supplies. Walking distance of sights and shopping.Secure swipe card system for after hours. Would stay again.

Quick and easy check-in/check-out. Receptionist stood with me in the freezing cold at 5am to help me find a taxi. Nice instant warmth from the heating lights in the bathroom. I would stay here again.

A call to reception is required to organise WiFi internet connection. Not a problem, but these days it should be automated. Street noise was occasionally loud but I'm relaxed about it knowing that I'm staying right in the middle of the city.
