Comfort and quiet
The hosts are welcoming, friendly and informative. Could not do enough to make our stay enjoyable yet relaxing. They even arranged for the rain to stop while we went to the Aus Zoo. The farm was well looked after with spoiled animals, we loved Rosie the dog. The room and facilities were just perfect. Marion thought of just everything. WE WILL GO BACK, just try to stop us.
Stupid people that write stupid reviews, based on nothing in particular, just wanting to vindictive, because they can.
Rural location superb views of the mountains. Lots of birds. A host that thinks about the comfort of their guests before profit. One of the most comfy beds I have stayed in up there with 5star hotels.
There was Nothing to complain about.
We stayed over night at the Blackwattle farm after a big day at Australia Zoo. The owners were so welcoming and just lovely people. The room was beautiful and so comfy. At the farm at the moment is a baby lamb that is just adorable and they also have a beautiful kitty and a gorgeous dog. Our stay at the Blackwattle Farm was just perfect and i recommend it to everyone
A wonderful view to sit back and relax. Ron & Marion were just truly lovely down to earth Aussies. Their home was your home & if you don't enjoy this place you will never enjoy life. Cheers
We stayed at Blackwattle farm on an overnight visit. The hosts were very friendly and assisted us in every way possible. The location is idyllic. It has been a highlight of our trip to Australia. We would love to go back.
A great getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life, Ron and Marion run an amazing BnB with great views, amazing hospitality and 5 star amenities.
Spotlessly clean - a lot of attention to detail. Lovely animals to look at . Woke up in bed looking at Mt coonowrin. Close to restaurants and other activities
Fabulous bird life, peaceful surroundings but still close to all amenities. Very handy for walks around the Glass House Mountains. Marion and Ron were very helpful and made sure our stay was pleasant.
Ron and Marion gave me a very warm welcome and could not have been more helpful to ensure everything was perfect. Great attention to detail and a lovely setting. Great value and delightful people. Fully recommended
Was a harmonious atmosphere
Bed was hard and squeaked everytime we moved.
The hosts were lovely and very welcoming. It's such a peaceful place, very relaxing and having the birds and animals around is just bliss.
The bed wasn't the best but everything else was just perfect.
What a fantastic location! Lovely views from the room so many gorgeous birds. Our hosts welcomed us with warm smiles and couldn't of been more helpful and lovely. Little personally touches at breakfast. A wealth of information about the local area.
We didn't like leaving our stay was to short. This is a place to take your time and relax.
We loved the view of the Glass House Mountains. The B & B is spotless & is on a small farm which is quiet & pretty. The hosts are a delightful couple who have lead an interesting life. We were given full English breakfast---yummy.
It was all really good. I would recommend this B & B to other couples. City people would really appreciate the country touch I think.
Our hosts which were very friendly and interesting the view and the beautiful farm animals. Everthing really the perfect time away.
Ron and Marion were very friendly and interesting to talk to. Unfortunately we didn't have much time to enjoy the surrounds as we were in the area for a family wedding which occupied most of our time.
Great views, friendly people.
The courtesy & friendliness of Ron & Marion. The sense of being very welcome, the extremely cleanliness of the rooms. We had battery trouble prior to leaving & Ron solved the problem with the utmost efficiency & lack of fuss. We would return.
The bed was too firm - it needed a topper pad
What a beautiful place, lots of wildlife all around which was lovely and amazing views. Marion and Ron were really great hosts. We would go back in a flash!
Friendly hosts, great accommodation, views and very relaxed atmosphere
The hosts, the scenery, the comfort, the feeling of relaxation and 'being at home'. We feel that we've made friends for life.... and to open your curtains to the Glass House Mountains each morning...what a treat!
