Great price, staff were lovely

Road noise (the road was actually louder than when a train went past at the back)

Location in relation to Katoomba and other attractions.

Adjacent road noise, but we realise that this is beyond solution and we did book knowing the motel's location.

The motel was very clean and the staff were very friendly.

I didn't like that the motel front is situated on the Highway and that the back of the motel backs on to the major railway line,because of this you don't sleep well.

The noise from both the road and railway was unbearable. We had booked three nights but only stayed two as we had already lost two nights sleep.

Wonderful greeting by friendly staff. Couldn't be more helpful. Room was small but well appointed and very clean. I will certainly recommend to friends.

Location- between railway line & highway. But, double glazed windows made a huge difference to noise level.

Didn't look at all like the photos on line. Well past its use by date - very run down - on highway frontage with train running through back yard. Room tiny tiny tiny - restaurant closed for "renovations - more likely closed forever due to age! Would never recommend this hotel to anyone or b9ook through your service again.

It worth it when you are a group of five.

Clean and simple.Felt like being at home and logical placement of things. Beds were comfortable and blankets lovely.

Needed a sign to let oncoming traffic know when to turn into the motel. On the pole would be a good spot.

Conveniently located on highway, easy access. Clean, confortable, extras in motel e.g. fridge, microwave, cutlery and dishes, toaster. Everything you need.

Very nause place,whih made my baby unsettled all the night. Tv remote control was not work which made wachging tv very boring. It is very expensive. Another thing was that I asked the reception to checkout at 2pm as we did not sleep all the night because of baby. She refused that

The hotel is an honest budget priced hotel. It has no pretentions about what it is. It is wedged between the Highway and Railway but that really was not a problem

Interesting room service, clean towels daily cleaned the cups etc but did not go near the bed. The room was not serviced on Sunday but that may have been as we were there for the Bathurst weekend they thought we had checked out!

Terrible location right in between the rail way and the freeway, noise 24/7 heating works barely but sure makes a lot of noise, dirty, draft, out dated backpacker style should be backpacker prices :((((( wish id checked the reviews

This motel was clean and very simple. Easy to find location.

Location is not in the town of katoomba and is very noisy with traffic on highway at the front and railway track directly at the back. No staff at motel, it was all computer check in. I would actually expect this motel to be cheaper than it was.

Very clean. The room was serviced daily,which is unusual for a multi night booking.The receptionist was very helpful & friendly.

Because of location twixt Railway Line/Highway was a ..liitle noisy.. However they had fitted double glazing on one side to help reduce this.

I am from Adelaide and the purpose of my visit was to spend time with my father who is a patient in the Katoomba Hospital. The location of the motel was perfect for ease of access to the hospital. I appreciated being able to heat up some food in the microwave for dinner and also have a nice warm room and bed to come back to in the evening.

When I arrived there was no one in the office to greet me. It was cold and raining and I did not know how to contact the reception. I eventually noticed my name on the board with instructions on how to access a key however not being used to this system I struggled with it and by the time I had completed the process was very wet and cold. Not a friendly way of welcoming visitors to your business and I would think twice about coming back for that reason alone.
