Loved the views from the room. Also close to Cavill Av. The man that replaced our globe in the kitchen was exceptional. So friendly and helpful. Unfriendly reception staff. Shower overflowed, it doesn't drain properly. Had to buy air freshener as room smelt terrible.

Location is fantastic, close enough to Surfers to walk easily, just far enough that the nightlife isn't disturbing. Views from the apartment were great as were the facilities. Having a gym onsite was great to burn off the over-indulgences! Couch was broken and despite being told it would be fixed the next day it never was. Only 1 of the 3 staff members on the front desk was genuinely nice (the older lady), I felt like I was inconveniencing the others by their attitudes when making enquiries. Maintenance guy was super friendly and happy though.

Great location, 30 steps to the beach, decent size apartment with all necessities including laundry. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our apartment was in need of some TLC and minor repair. Bedroom slider to balcony wouldn't open, tap faucet was no longer fastened, dripping sink, fridge freezer full of water, a good paint job would help spruce the apartment up and cover the wall patch work throughout.

Close to beach, shops, restaurants etc. Swimming pool Gym Even on the 16th floor it was very noisy, from cars, m/bikes etc.

Hôtel proche du centre 10 min à pied. Belle vue sur la plage et les alentours. Moquettes des chambres sales. Climatisation très sale et ne fonctionnant pas dans la chambre des enfants et le séjour. La machine à laver ne fonctionnait pas correctement. Le micro onde en panne. Malgré nos réclamations rien n'a été fait pour réparer les appareils en panne. Nous avions de grandes difficultés à ouvrir certaines baies vitrées qui ne coulissaient plus sur leur rail.
