The television did not work, there was no radio in the room, as I don't attend Adelaide very often I did not feel comfortable going out by myself. When staff were advised they knew about the problem and advised that other rooms still had tv, but there was nothing they could do. The option to move to another room or a free movie might have helped.

It was quiet as I was in the middle of the complex and not facing the street. Parking was advertised at a cost of $15.00 per day. I booked this hotel because it offered parking as I needed a hire car for my trip. What was not advertised was that when I left for the morning and returned in the mid afternoon I could not get a parkng spot for love nor money as the car park was overbooked and full of cars from people who were not hotel guests. As I did 2 trips per day in my car it was very frustrating and time consuming trying to find a car parking spot! If this had been told to me before I booked I would of not of booked this hotel.

Self-catering Living area Central location Comfortable beds Noise from other guests using walkways and stairs at all hours - it really echoes. Asking to use a DVD player should be part of the service

Car parking was ideal, and was able to use the gym close by. Noisy on a weekend, and saw people smoking in rooms.

We had booked for 3 nights, however on arrival my wife fell seriously ill & we had to return to nsw for treatment. I explained the situation to the manager who immediately cancelled the additional 2 nights we had already paid for. I was impressed with the prompt, courteous service we encountered.

The hotel was good value for money, clean and comtable. The was a fee to pay on site of $15.00 per night which I thought was a bit rough. Also there is a building site next door and unless you like to rise at 7.00 am each morning I would give this place a miss for about 6 months.

-convenient to city -all facilities available for self catering eg. kettle, microwave, toaster, iron fridge, toiletries etc It was hot in Adelaide and airconditioner wasn't adequate to cool the entire two bedroom apartment. A portable fan was quickly provided on request though.

The location was great, easy parking and within walking distance to the mall (15mins). The facilities were good and the price reasonable I requested 2 double beds and was given 1 double and 2 single. There was no aircon in the second bedroom and initially the aircon did not work at all in the room.

Bed was comfortable Kitchen facilities good, although I did not use them. Was placed in a room directly across from backpackers hostel, and above Pokies. Ants in bathroom Air conditioner smelt terrible, like a wet rag. Could not open window or door due to noise on Hindley St. As a business traveller it is preferable to have a quiet room thanks. Bathroom shower tiny.
