The rooms were very clean

Bar was fun and nice. Front desk staff were great

Room was very dull and boring, however was clean did the trick.

Great Place to stay. Very clean. Lockers inside the bedroom. A large Kitchen whith large fridges and lockers. The staff is very helpfull and friendly.

Wifi is a little bit expensive.

I really liked this hostel. It was great and i enjoyed every day of my stay.

It's not very central, you can walk, but it takes about 20 minutes. Bathrooms could be cleaner.

It is so clean! Quiet place, though near the city centre. It is nice to have a pool on the roof, with city cbd and river views.

Expensive itself, additional 5$ per day for the Internet makes it out of budget.

The service from Peter the manager was excellent. When we arrived there, my girlfriend was ill, he made a couple of phonecalls to doctors free of charge. When we got back at the hostel, he saw that my girlfriend was still not feeling better, so he upgraded our double room to a better room away from all the noise from the reception. Thanks a lot for this excellent service Peter and the rest of the staff!

I like the big kitchen .and good view one the 3floor! And airCondition is soooo good !fresh air that I need . 我喜歡三樓的大廚房還有美景！冷氣也非常舒服〜新鮮的空氣！

There is no cold water I can drink only hot water can't use by plastic 沒有提供冷水不能用保特瓶塑膠瓶裝它...

Great facilities all very clean, on site cafe does lovely food! Staff very helpful and friendly.

Located a bit far out of town (all hostels in same place though), had to pay for wifi, towels and luggage storage.

Very handy to city and train station, swimming pool and good kitchen.

Nothing 9/10 everything was very good, I only stay in YHAs

good located near to train station. nice place to meet people especially the roof terrace. beds are with own reading lights and sockets.

bathrooms are not clean and smelly. kitchen utensils are really dirty nobody did clean it properly.

I had a room with a double bed and ensuite, it was very clean with a beautiful view. I thought the kitchen/outdoor area plus the leisure area all on level 5 were very well set out with the view upstairs also being extremely pretty. The staff were helpful, fun and playful, a real pleasure to be served by.

The only little thing i didn't like was that there was no official social events at any nights that i was there as i was looking forward to mingling, however i did manage to meet a lot of great people.

The shower head was leaking, no recycling, and someone set off the fire alarm at 3am in the morning!

It was close to everything that we needed for the purpose of our trip. The Caxton & bars, suncorp stadium.

room door was faulty and found it three times in a row opened in the evening even after addressing the issue to the reception.

Very Clean and staff were really helpful and friendly, downside although was that our room was in level 1 and would have preferred a window. Facilities great, pool great, kitchens okay but need drying racks as the tea towels were filthy.

Filthy tea towels must provide drying racks instead.

just one electric socket in the room is not enough for 4 people. Anyway it is a little problem because there are plenty of sockets everywhere in the hostel.

Very friendly atmosphere good group of people. Loved that you had events happening and were proactive in keeping them going. Great having the pool and rooftop area. Ac in the room was great. Bathroom facilities clean. Great staff - very friendly. Was great seeing young travellers inter react.

I stayed in room 314 - view out window was horrible and im not sure where it was located but people would talk loudly each night and maybe stand and smoke cos i had to keep window shut for the smoke smell. The cooking utensils were pretty old didnt like cooking with them.

compared to sydney YHA, it's poor and dirty in the corridors. Especially the kitchen ! What a mess ! Quite far from down town. No buses to go to CBD
