Most enjoyable in all ways - Friendly staff - Clean Room with plenty of room with modern Bathroom - Good position in the city - Close to main Railway station - Taxis waiting out the front - Direct route to Airport - Good Restaurants on the river within a 10 minute walk - Would defintely stay there again |

We found , the hotel , and the staff to be of a very high standard. Well stocked mini bar for our late arrival. Only let down on 2 issues ; poor quality toilet paper , and no complimentary biscuit with the tea/coffee . Am sure these are great cost saving ideas ,but , they take the shine off a great effort on all other fronts. |

buffet breakfast in the dinning room Did not like the breakfast room service, it was cold by the time I got it, and a different time to what I ordered. The inhouse massage was late and had to be rescheduled for an hour later |

I found the hotel very good overall, All staff were efficient and helpful and keen to assist apart from one receptionist who refused to help my wife when she forgot to bring her key card with her and subsequently couldn't select her floor number on the elevator. My wife had to call me on her mobile phone to come downstairs to give her the key! The breakfast was disappointing and poor value. If I return I will do so on a room only basis and go out for breakfast. |

Not friendly to the smoker. The guest are barred frm smoking in the room and we have to get down each time we want to have puff. The should allocate certain for smoker |
