Great service and comfortable room

Strange breakfast selection !

convenient location

the TV was in a wall that made watching it very difficult from the furniture layout. Also the pull out contraption at the back was broken. We stayed two nights..the milk supply was not replenished so we could not have a cup of tea the 2nd morning. There should be as many milk serves in the fridge as there are tea bags/coffee, or at least replenished daily so the guests can have at least 2 cups of tea/coffee per day. Why don't a couple of biccies be included anymore??..they are are a little treat. Pillows were either flat as could be or one was hard as nails. Decent pillows would be nice. The air conditioner seemed to default to 24 degrees which is way to hot. if the hotel cant afford to put a couple of biccies in the rooms, then maybe they should consider turning down the air condi temp which would save thousands per annum.

Good central position,

The location is great (right in the center of Brisbane BCD), the rooms are comfortable and clean, the staff is very helpful. Also - free internet, which apparently is a big deal in Brisbane.

Everyone in the staff wants to help you even if you do not ask for it. They were wonderful

The breakfast

Comfortable and quiet. Rate included brekkie and food was good. Friendly and helpful staff.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly - nothing at all was a problem for them. We were granted an early check-in and late check-out free of charge. The rooms were clean, the in-house movie selections were great, the pool was lovely and the buffet breakfast inclusion made for very budget-friendly accommodation.

There was nothing that I did not like but if I could make one suggestion it would be to have darker curtains in the rooms to keep out the early morning sun.

The position was excellent to catch train to entertainment centre, easy walk to city and valley. Bed was big and comfy, room was clean and quiet. Buffet breakfast was excellent.Staff was very friendly and helpful, Overall thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

They were ver helpful and considerate when we could not get home due to the floods

I stay with Novotels regularly throughout the world and am a member of the A Club. Novotels provide a business traveller with all that is needed and good, efficient staff.

Your staff!! So helpful, yet not false or forced. Your people make a difference and even though your facilities and location are top, it's your people that would make us want to book with you again. Whoever is in charge of recruitment/training you are doing a wonderful job!!

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Hotel convenient to city centre.

Hotel pool was restricted to guests due to a private function on what had to be one of the hottest days in Brisbane this summer. This fact combined with the music noise from the party was most unsatisfactory. Our room was on the 9th floor, but we couldn't hear the television for the noise.

No explanation or paperwork given on check in of what would be deducted from my credit card. Limited room service menu especially late night. Expensive parking especially if staying for a week. Not much lunch options only the cocktail bar the day we looked.
