beautiful accommodation, excellent breakfast it took 2.5 hours for my bag to arrive in my room, and despite calling front desk 4 times, I had to go down and get my bag myself due to some confusion. there was no effort made by staff in getting my bag to me asap. we were also charged for parking twice, my friend is still trying to work this out with accounts. |

The room was excellent and the facilities provided were of international standard. The bed was particularly comfortable. I felt that the room service food prices were extortionate and this certainly persuaded us to have a magnificent breakfast in an excellent cafe in the Brisbane arcade at half the cost. |

The rooms are well insulated from sound & the provisioning of the room was good. Decor is lovely and will not date. Unfortunately did not have the chance to try the restaurant due to other commitments, but the Lenotre afternoon tea looks great. Would suggest leaving a little more room in the fridge - less minibar stuff. Also filling the icecube tray would be nice. Lack of & expense of parking was a little offputting - perhaps trying to arrange a special rate for hotel guests? $38 a day is a little dear. |

Well I have stayed a few times already and have continued to enjoy everything the hotel has become known for. The fact that from it everything is accessible for me is a big bonus ie. the train station is under the hotel, just short walk to the city are some of those things. |

Staff, couldn't do enough for you, from the counter staff, bar staff and the buffett breakfast staff, all made us feel welcome and special. It was a great place to spend our 21st wedding aniversary. Thankyou we had a great time. Ashley Only, the view of Turbot st, but you cant do anything about that. |

Complete relaxation. Staff were excellent (excluding one). Location excellent. Buffet breakfast perfect. Only one negative about the hotel was the impersonal and cool reception from the man who checked my husband and I in. All other staff were wonderful. |

The location was good for what we wanted to do in Brisbane. The chocolates for my 70th birthday were a lovely thought - thank you. Nothing really except we thought the little fridge needed defrosting and a bit old for a 5 star hotel. Also I mailed to you this morning one room key - I did not realise that I was issued with two and only gave one back on checking out. |
