The staff were fabulous, friendly and welcoming from the time we arrived to check out time. We are looking forward to staying at Sofital Brisbane again in the near future. Will definately reccommed to friends and family.

After a long flight from USA I was given an early checkin, which was greatly appreciated. Staff are fantastic and very professional I wasn't there long enough to use all the facilities!

The location was great being walking distance to shopping areas It was unfortunate that we had to wait for access to our room. We had arrived too early which we knew but had to wait until 2.30-2.40pm for access as the room wasnt ready.

The lobby was beautiful the room was very clean and service by hotel staff was to a very high standard. Room was quite plain for $450 a night and still had to pay $40 to park car on top of that so $500 a night was a bit much for the room we got.

Good location, very convenient to take public transport and shopping. Good service as well and reasonable price for a 5 star rate hotel. The bed is too soft and no slipper is provided in a 5 star hotel but overall is great.

Grosse Zimmer, reichhaltiges Frühstück Buffet, grosse Bar, direkter Zugang zum Bahnhof. Frühstück erst um 06:30 nicht Ideal für Business, die Gäste werden an den Tisch geführt was gut ist, jedoch zu langen Wartezeiten führt. Zimmer sind etwas altmodisch.
