The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time and always felt welcomed.

The shower/bath controller stuck so water comes out into the bath but that was more funny than unliked and it just meant that the pressure was low.

Business centre did not provide free internet access.

The room comfort is very nice. All employees were very helpfull, friendly and polite.

It is well located in the City and is located under Central Station which is very convinient if you have to travel from the Airport. The beds and rooms were very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning on visiting Brisbane.

location very central.very easy access to main train station.luxury room s with very comfortable beds.

The room was excellent and the facilities provided were of international standard. The bed was particularly comfortable.

I felt that the room service food prices were extortionate and this certainly persuaded us to have a magnificent breakfast in an excellent cafe in the Brisbane arcade at half the cost.

The rooms are well insulated from sound & the provisioning of the room was good. Decor is lovely and will not date. Unfortunately did not have the chance to try the restaurant due to other commitments, but the Lenotre afternoon tea looks great.

Would suggest leaving a little more room in the fridge - less minibar stuff. Also filling the icecube tray would be nice. Lack of & expense of parking was a little offputting - perhaps trying to arrange a special rate for hotel guests? $38 a day is a little dear.
